    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it did not have a jack, lug wrench, or spare tire. They said they would order it for me. It's been 2 weeks and I received a call saying someone dropped the ball and it was never ordered. I had been in there two previous times and spoke with the floor manager *****. He checked with parts and was told it was on order. Yesterday the actual salesman ****** called and told me that parts never ordered it. I want a check for $495 so I can get what is needed to make the car completely safe.. It should have never been sold without it.. The floor manager at the beginning tried to tell me well it has run flat tires which the vehicle I purchased did not...

    Thomas, we apologize for the miscommunication regarding the spare tire. The tire and wheel kit were indeed ordered, however the manufacturer does not carry these ports for your age vehicle. An aftermarket kit is the only option. It will not arrive until 7/25/2024 according to the shipper. The lack of a spare tire in a vehicle has nothing to do with a vehicle's safety. It is a convenience that some manufacturers still offer. You will not find a spare in most performance vehicles, and most sedans these days. They will normally come with a tire inflator kit instead. That does not make those vehicles unsafe either.

    I bought the truck 11-20-23 It needed a inspection The brakes are noisey There are front suspension parts worn out. That they should of been replaced and weren't. Engine is making noise. They will fix it but I'm still wanting something else as this is my only vehicle. They refuse to put me in something else for six months.

    I called and left a message for *****, and sent a text. After a few days he called me and we spoke about his concerns. I informed him that we want to do what we can to assist him. The problems that came about were solely in the controll of the financial institution. He understood, and I invited him in to see if we can work a deal of some sort. He came in and we were able to work with him on a different vehicle.

    Gave them 500$ down payment never left with merchandise decided to go with another company and now will not give me a refund

    Possible misunderstanding in regards to the refund. The dealership has full intentions of refunding the money to ****** ********. It's a possibility that due to the method of payment (debit card transactions and checks must clear our account before we can issue a refund) there could be a delay. We will contact Curtis directly to assure Him that He is being refunded in full.

    I went to buy a car on June 15th 2023 from Grand Valley Auto Sales, this vehicle was a 2015 VW golf GTI with 90,000 miles on the ODO. I test drove the vehicle and it ran great, I thought! After signing paper work and putting 5,000$ dollars down, I was told to leave the vehicle with them at the dealership. I went to pick the vehicle up the following day and that is when they told me that there was a bad seal of some kind. After that, I didn't hear from Grand Valley Auto for about a week. The dealer then contacted me about giving them a BLANK check to use as a hold check for the warranty refund on my trade in. I then went to the dealer to speak with them about this matter, and I asked what was going on with the car, they told me they were waiting on a "brand new" motor because mine was blown. I have never been contacted by any services department or mechanic of any kind to speak with me about this either. I then this last week again went to the dealership after not hearing from them for a while, they took me to US Bank to open an account for the blank check, they have since been harassing me about the refund check and when they will receive it. The car is not worth 8,000$ down as the car is an older model and has high mileage. My current vehicle (The trade in) I'm currently still making payments on, after one month and 2 days to be exact, is worth more than that with the miles I've added to it!     Bought a car from them that was missing a front bumper. In the paperwork it stated they owed me a new bumper . It took 3 months and then telling me hey did not promise me a bumper until I showed them the paper that stated it. I have been waiting about 4 moths to get the rest of the warranty work done ( water pump) and sway bar bushings . They will not return my calls and when I leave a message to call me back they never do . I bought there in house warranty. I don’t know what else to do. I would like my money for my warranty back or pay some one to fix the issues not them I do not trust them .

    The customer is on the schedule for 05/10/2023 for repairs to the water pump and sway bar bushings. The bumper has been taken care of already. The complaint was regarding the time it took to resolve the issue and is not still pending a bumper repair.

    I gave 15 thousand down in cash , come to find out a few days later the alternator was bad and there is a crack in the manifold , the dealership did not want to fix it so they put me in a pick up truck, they told me I had to pay 6 thousand for transfer fees and needed a co-signer , I asked why I needed a co-signer when I didn’t need one to begin with they it was for the transfer so I get my father to co-sign but before he did he got a letter in the mail saying he was denied a 37 thousand dollar loan, my father ended up not co-signing cause he was not ok with them not giving me credit for the 15 thousand I put down. So they won’t fix the 1st car with the bad alternator and now they are threatening me that they car going to call in the pick up stolen. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me , 15 thousand is a lot of money.

    This whole story is made up !!! You bought a Land Rover from us with a service contract attacked to the unit . 6 months after you came to us to trade in the Land Rover for a truck . The new deal needed a co-signer , in which you provided a co-signer with all the information we needed  to arrange financing . We sent the deal for bank approval once the bank agreed to financing we had times for both to come in to do final paperwork . We on good faith since she had bought a car from us 6 months earlier to take the truck on the bases that the co-signer would come and sign there half of paperwork ... almost 60 days later she is driving the truck with no legal contract or ownership ... We feel that the reason for the BBB complaint is that we needed the co-signer to make the new deal and because that didn't happen its the dealerships fault .

    I am rejecting this response because:they have record in there service dept that I was there , it wasn’t right away that they put me in a truck but I had to complain for months and keep calling asking what they can do.  The sales lady that originally sold me the car said she would buy it back if I wasn’t happy with it. I’m sure I can pull up a video of our conversation for she drove to Glenwood to my place of employment to pick up the 15,000 I had in cash And when I told her about the vehicle this was her response.

    Cant just switch over from one financed car to another , The truck is more money . The bank denied the deal for the truck there fore the dealership can not just give you a more expensive truck because you feel that is the way it should be .We tried to arrange financing for you but the lenders denied your request for a new loan .... we are sorry that banks would not approve the new loan to put you into the truck
