    I think that the coffee/drink that they provide might be one of the best I have had and my concern is not with that * provided they get it right. I made a practice of stopping on my way to the doctor or the hospital or even just out in that area of town UNTIL they messed up an order. I got the wrong drink and of course did not know that until I was in the waiting area at the hospital. It tasted odd * and I finally discovered that it was the wrong drink. I told them the next time I went through but their reply * well everyone can make a mistake. Well * not everyone wants to be charged over $7.00 for someone's mistake. You can't speak to someone who owns the place * I gather there are 4 of them and the rather snotty manager says it stops * with her. The number I was given was for their *************** and since they aren't accredited by the *** I guess this is it. I will probably not stop again but will go the the Human Bean or Blue Mug * also good coffee or wait until I get to UC Health * they have an option too. I did learn a lesson * take a sip BEFORE you drive away to make sure that their mistake does not become something that you can't tolerate.
