    Their trash pickup service is absolutely terrible. We constantly encounter issues with this company, and it feels like the trash collector only comes whenever he feels like it. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. What exactly are we paying for? There is no reason our trash should be left sitting there, uncollected. We always place our trash in the designated spot, just as we've been doing for years, and this time we even put it out two days in advance to ensure there were no issues. Yet, once again, our trash was not picked up. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When the trash wasn't picked up the first time, I called their office to complain, but there was no answer, so I left a message. They called back and told us to leave our trash outside, promising it would be picked up by Friday. However, they never showed up, and the trash remained there until the following week.

    Again we apologize for the inconvenience of having your trash missed once, over a month ago.  We strive to provide the best possible service but at times a customers trash may be missed.  Mr Hartley is of course welcome to discontinue service if he so wishes, and find another hauler.  We regret anyone experiencing a challenge like this, and certainly are willing to discontinue service at his request.  Thank you!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When we switched to your company from our previous trash hauler, you offered your service at a reasonable rate. Your service matched theirs, as you picked up the can plus 10 garbage bags. After a while, the rate increased, but we were fine with it because the service was good. Then, we were informed that Waste Management would now be responsible for picking up and hauling the trash. This is where the problems began, not just for me but for many of my neighbors as well. Although I am paying you, WM is now providing the service.

    First, the trash collectors no longer leave their truck. Instead of picking up the container plus 10 bags as agreed, you stopped picking up the bags entirely. When we signed up, the offer included 10 bags, which you have now taken away without any compensation. You are doing less but still expect the same fee. That isn't fair. Now you want me to accept your offer to leave the issue alone, suggesting that if you don't pick up the trash, you will get to it when you can.
