    By far the easiest and most accommodating person we worked with during the home buying process. Extremely thorough inspection followed by a very detailed walkthrough report. Was able to schedule our inspection on short notice. After finding that the radon mitigation system was not functioning properly, came back to the property with his equipment once it was fixed to retest. This was above and beyond anything we negotiated in our inspection contract. Very quick and clear communication via email, phone and text. Highly recommended!

    I have worked with John on properties of all types and conditions. John is very thorough, dependable and professional. He has treated each of my clients with personal care and really has their best interest in mind.
