    I had an experience with *** the owner I was quite shocked to find out that this man was truly the owner he berated harassed embarrassed and poorly trained his manager at the bright and location. He was telling this man that he didn't know how to manage his time he was telling him basically that he was incompetent and he was extremely rude and disrespectful to myself as well as other customers 3 people left besides myself I have given all of my business to perilous tire there 3 blocks down and everything there is free with your tires including air and rotations I would never use this business ever it is a family owned and operated business and this particular owner is unprofessional and uneducated and extremely Is rude and despicable. I was standing in line I waited an hour and a 1/2 I ask them to fill my tire since they refuse to help give me a new set of 4 tires this was about 4:00 in the afternoon they don't close till 6 and he told me that because he couldn't provide services that he wasn't going to give free air to somebody and make no money even to help a single mom and her child get down the street safely. This was after I was already promised that they would fill my tire and I had already made an appointment for the next day for a full new set of tires the experience was hostile and disgusting this family should not own businesses I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I'm gonna file a complaint with whoever regulates tire services and I'm gonna make sure I leave this specific complaint anywhere I can find an Avenue To leave my experience. Please do not give these people your money please do not give these people your business they don't actually work for discount tire it's a lie it is a individual household with 6 members and their own 6 tire shops but they are not beholden to cooperation so they believe they can act however they want This family should never be able to open up business again nobody should ever give them business.
