  Klick Solar sold us a solar system, and then, proceeded to transfer it to a bad company to install it for us. The company did not monitor the system, and installed a faulty inverter. I believe they raise prices too high so they can get a cut off the top, since they don't really do anything else but sell the systems. Please find a BBB accredited business that is actually an installer of solar equipment, and do comparisons of price for multiple businesses. I recommend to never use this business for anything.

  After a long search with many companies. We chose Klick Solar for our panels. I got my panels installed by Klick in January and we have loved them ever since. It takes a couple months for the bill to catch up with the Solar but we were warned about that beforehand. The sales rep and instal team were very professional and our project coordinator made sure we got an update every step of the process. We would recommend them a 100 times over.

  *** with the phone number that begins with ******************************************************************************** I told him I was not interested and he became hostile and I have it all in text message. I am sincerely wondering if the company has any idea how off putting his approach is. It is especially uncomfortable and disturbing because he obviously knows where his potential customers live. This guy literally made us go with a different company.

  I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to leave something. This company is a fraud charging people cancelation fees when they can't fulfill what the customer wants. There sales people give misinformation when they come to your home tell you they can put panels wherever you want when they can't, and than charge you for canceling because they want to put them where they want. Also they never once said they had a cancelation fee. This company is a joke and a total scam that just want to take your money anyway they can!

  Unfortunately, upon installation, a significant hole was gashed in our living room ceiling. The customer service to repair the hole was lacking in many areas. The first person sent to repair the hole was poorly trained and truly had no idea how to repair a hole in the ceiling AND used superglue to make the canned light fixture flush to the ceiling. The second person sent was a professional drywall person but hurried the process. The repair was not done well and the paint did not match the rest of the ceiling. I began sending emails including photos of the "finished project." and asked for reimbursement of my out of pocket expense to have the ceiling repainted. After two months sending emails and leaving phone messages trying to get any response from management, I finally received an email from ****** saying, "the team has fully assessed the situation but will not reimburse me." He continued with, "understanding my frustration and that my satisfaction was important, please do not hesitate to reach us be email or phone. " I responded with an email declining satisfaction. Again, long time no response and several phone messages. When I surprisingly reached ****** I spoke of my concerns, his lack of response and poor customer service, his promise was to talk to other management and call me back at 10 a.m. the following day. That was mid November. To date, no phone call, no email and no reimbursement for the more than $1000 it cost me to have the ceiling repaired and painted. We take pride in our home, too bad Klick Solar does not take pride in their work when they make a mistake. Be prepared for additional out of pocket expenses!

  We were so excited to get our panels installed and we told by the sales rep that the tree that was covering a 1/4 of the area could be trimmed back and that would all be put in the loan for the job. They sent their arborist out to get a quote and then we followed up multiple times to see where things were at with the tree and we were always just told that they were working on it. The panels were installed and activated and still nothing with the tree. Finally after sending an email expressing our frustration on why this hadnt been resolved, we were told it was our responsibility and they werent going to do anything. So now 1/4 of our panels are blocked by branches so they dont get exposure to the sun and the tree is harder to access now because you cant get to it from the roof because the panels are there. They dropped the ball and didnt make it right. They told us we should have gotten the tree trimming/removal in writing. We loved the idea of use a ***************** but this is bad business. We are now quoted $4-5K to take care of the tree that should have been done and included in the loan prior to the panels being installed when it would have cost $1-2K to take care of. ***** are lots of solar companies out there, choose one that is honest and when they make a mistake, they make it right, not Klick!

  Installation was fast, customer service was phenomenal along with the sales representative! I have had multiple solar companies come to my door and Klick was the most honest and reputable

  We apply for Solar in January and just got installed today! This was faster than expected. We received updates along the way via e mail and will be receiving the Military incentive check soon. Everyone has been very kind and looking out for our family and our project. I recommend Klick to anyone who wants a local solar company .

  Klick is great! They helped me redirect what I would have paid to Xcel into something I own that builds my home value and protects me from rate increases! Nothing out of pocket!!!The process was super simple - they handled everything and communicated well. Everything got installed and turned on according to schedule. Klick is the way to go!

  Klick has been awesome for me and my family, theyve been transparent about the process, got us approved for financing, and we have felt supported along the way. Our rep ******* is fantastic. I would recommend working with this company 100%.
