I placed an order for a part on June 14, 2022 and the order was never fulfilled. The part was back ordered or discontinued. On December 20, 2022, I received an email stating they were cancelling my order. As of today, December 28, 2022, I have not been reimbursed for the money, $555.17 that I paid up front for this part in June.I want my money back!Business response

I placed two orders with this company and have not received either. FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shocking Deal - FOXPERFORMANCEIFP On October 30, 2022 Invoice number 4w1974422307 14X1.5 HT SPLINE 6LUG KIT On April 7, 2022 Invoice number ********* I have called two times in the last week and have waited for excess of two hours - got to the next caller in line and then was hung up on. This company has taken my money and not provided the items that were ordered, given ample amount of time. I have also emailed them five times to create a trouble ticket for each item - FWPCS00376257 FWPCS00376256 No response since the tickets have been created. I am due a refund of $404, since March 2020. No one can tell me why I haven't received the refund. In April 2020, I spoke to a salesman on the phone, went through what I wanted and ordered parts for my truck. I paid in full- from my checking account- $3,050. After I paid- but before any parts were shipped- I was told the wheels I wanted wouldn't fit my truck. I changed my order. The new wheels were cheaper than what I paid for. I was told the $401.44 would be refunded to my checking account when my order shipped. I receive the parts in early May- but no refund. I have called multiple times, sitting on hold for HOURS each time and talking to several different people on each call. It's usually an hour and a half to even get someone to answer the phone. At one point I got ******* in the accounting department on the phone. She said she couldn't tell what was going on with my account. She said she would talk to her manager and call me the next day. She never called, nor have I been able to reach her since. Once the store in ******** **** reopened after COVID, I went in and talked to the store manager. He is a super nice guy and really the only one that has tried to help in any way. He was able to find my account in the computer and see my order. He also saw a store credit of $401.44. Which was applied to a charge- for product that I never ordered or received. Then the money was again "credited" and recharged for product. This was done multiple times. The manager gave me print outs from my account showing this. He said he would get his regional manager involved. After the regional manager got involved I did get a credit for $136.10 that I was owed- but still nothing on the $401.44. I have emailed the company directly multiple times and spelled this out each time. I have received zero contact from them at all. So, too many months later, I still have no answers and am still owed $401.44. (The credit for $136.10 I received in **** is unrelated entirely to the wheels. This $401.44 refund is completely separate.)I am unable to attach everything I feel is necessary to document this dispute. But, I did attach documentation of the original order, the paperwork showing I am owed $401.44- but I have never received- and emails showing my email/ticket/inquiry was given a number and assigned to ***************************. Both emails I've sent to the company asking about the refund have been assigned to ****** and I've not received ANY kind of contact from him. I would be happy to have my bank write a statement saying a credit for the $401.44 amount has not been deposited into my account, if necessary. Note that my contact information has changed from the original order and 4 Wheel Parts has been given my updated contact information- as noted in this dispute.Business response

The company contacted us and asked for updated contact information, which we provided. They said they would be in touch with us, so we agreed that was a satisfactory response- but now we have not heard back from them. I was told that if the company didnt contact us, I should reach out to reopen the case (number below). It has been almost 2 months.Business response

I ordered parts from this online store, receieved one not the other, and have continously tried to contact them and still havent gotten a response.I ordered a rough country steering stabilizer kit and a ********************* drag link kit on june 4th. I received my steering stabilizers but never recieved my drag links, so i tried to contact the 4 wheel parts customer service via email on june 8th. I tried emailing multiple times and calling their customer service line and still have not gotten a response from them or recieved my part that i paid 360 dollars about for my vehicle to keep it operational as my steering linkage is currently going out.Business response

Havent recived items I purchased and cant get an email back.I placed an order and paid for shipping as well. After 5 days, my order status showed incomplete. I then sent an email and submitted a custom service ticket. The ticket states that I would get a response within 48 hours. It has now been 11 days and still no response. The parts I ordered are for my truck which is my daily driver. Well, it hasnt moved in almost 2 weeks. Had I known this is the way 4 Wheel Parts does business. Was promised a credit to credit card with ***** hours after their warehouse received returned parts. They rec'd parts on 7/24/20 and still no credit On 7/11/20 ordered online two Heavy Duty Tie Rods for our CJ5 jeep based on recommendation of Asst ***** Manager **************************** of *********** store. Upon installing these on our Jeep discovered they were too big. **************** emailed is a *** Return Label on 7/22/20 for which we shipped the parts on 7/23/20 to their ******* ** Warehouse. I was told by **************** that a credit would be issued to our credit card ***** hours after the warehouse received the parts. Tracking showed that the return parts were delivered on 7/24/20. As of today, we have still not received that credit. After speaking with **** in customer service this morning (8/4/20), he was going to send a message to the warehouse inquiring about the return. I emphasized that I was promised a credit within ***** hours and they should honor that promise. He made an excuse about the number of returns the warehouse receives. I purchased a set of ProComp rims and tires. There is a design flaw in the wheels that results in the center caps flying off of the wheel regularly. I purchased a set of ProComp rims and tires. ProComp representative ********************* acknowledged this design flaw is a safety concern during phone conversations on April 13 and April 16. ProComp refuses to replace the wheels with product that is not flawed and will no longer communicate with me, the consumer, or their dealer, Four Wheel parts. I therefore am stuck with a very expensive set of wheels, which have a known design flaw, and could result in me being held liable for the design flaw causing harm to other motorist when the center caps comes off of the wheel on the road.Business response

- Ordered a part Jan 4th, said part was labeled "in stock" (no indication this shipped from manufacturer). Choose expedited shipping (2-day shipping). I'm expecting this part to be shipped prior to weekend since it's listed IN STOCK - No information by *** 6th so i contact company, they inform me they're waiting on tracking.- They don't work weekends so I wait til Monday, reach back out, basically stating whats going on since i don't have tracking. they THEN tell me it's coming from manufacturer and it's due around the 12th. 5 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT!!!- I informed them at that time I would like to cancel, to which they make me fill out a "request" I submit the request and then the following day tracking information was generated and I couldn't process the cancellation some how. Yet if they had gotten me the information that it was coming from the manufacturer on the 6th when I reached out the part would have been canceled WELL before it shipped. HOWEVER since they were so delayed in getting me that information, they made me take shipment and then pay to ship it back So at this point I'm highly irritated because it wasn't like I didn't ask for more information in a timely fashion, I didn't wait to get this part before changing my mind, it was their lack of information that caused the problem, I'm so ready to get it over with I'm like whatever, I'll eat the shipping. That was until I then was quoted to be getting back 590$ when I filed the return, MIND YOU THE *** WAS NEVER OPENED AND WAS RETURNED IN THE EXACT SAME MANNER IT WAS SHIPPED. These jokers then deducted a 150$ more from my refund with no information as to why. This experience wasn't buyers remorse, this was lack of transparency and accountability and they're first reaction is to blame the customers, if you shop here, watch your back. These guys have no shame when it comes to swindling you out of your hard earned dollars. DON'T RISK ITBusiness response

March 2022, placed an order for a ST Front Anti-Swaybar to fit a ********************* June, received order# ******. My grandson attends a ********************** so he took the new part to school to install swaybar on his car. The instructor was helping him however the swaybar was the incorrect size and didn't fit the car. My grandson contacted ******* **** through email asking to return the vehicle part for a refund. He was asked to send pictures of the old swaybar showing the differences between swaybars. He submitted to pictures and was advised they were in contact with manufacturer about the fitment issue with the part. I reviewed some various reviews about cutting the swaybar to fit the vehicle. Most mechanics did not recommend putting the incorrect size swaybar. This could cause issues with the steering, etc. Then the company contacted him again asking for measurements from hole to hole to further investigate and confirm measurements against their blue prints. They have consistently refused to accept the return for a refund. This has been going on since June, 2022. Now they are rejecting the return of the item since it is over 120 days. All we want to do is to return the item for a refund of $303.83. We do have the item and it is still in the box. I have placed 2 calls, ***** and ***** with no return call. We would like assistance in returning the item for a full refund.Business response

I placed a order on 11/18/2022 order#4w2000032478 once placed part of my order I sent in a request form to be canceled for the 2" rough country's level kit, the product was shipped and charged anyway, called customer service told I would receive return labels by email and I did not have sent in several email requests and called customer service and sat on the phone for 2-3 hours at a time with no answer nor ever any response to email.Business response
