      Monday June 17 ******* usd charge.I paid for the car wash at circle k gas station on ****************************** did not say it wasnt working so i paid. i drove into the car wash. nothing happened. staff said their systems were down and i could not get a car wash and i had to call 'corporate' to get my money back. i had paid the machine 12 usd with my debit card. i have called corporate twice. no one answers. i left a message and no one calls me back. so they have essentially stolen 12 dollars from me.

      Circle K has a program that offers a free drink after 5 drink purchases. This is false advertising. The computer always says I have a free drink coming on the screen, BUT it will not offer a free drink unless I submit my card with PIN. And then, 9 out of ***************************************************** the app but I still get a debit charge. This is false advertising. Not only am I not getting that 6th drink for free, but I don't even get that drink purchase counted towards my next 5 purchases. It just screws me! So I emailed customer service, and the response was that some other program is ending. LOL apparently they are so untrained that they are worthless. So I submitted a request on the website again today. this time, so local idiot tried to get me to talk to him on the phone!!! Are they serious? This is 2024. Not 1994. They have a website and an app. I asked them to audit the account and put all the free drinks onto my account. But no, instead, I get a **** phone call. And of course, the caller was a boomer because they actually left a voicemail as if that is acceptable. Am I supposed to take more of my time to repeat myself? No. Unacceptable. I want them to end all of their programs because they are not honoring their advertisements. I intend to escaped this to the state ombudsman because bait and switch advertising is absolutely unacceptable. This company should be shamed publicly by the media. A federal class action needs to be filed to get restitution to all the customers they are robbing.

      On December 5th 2023, around 10:15 p.m. l, I entered the Circle K and spoke to the manager that later on refused to tell me her name. I was letting her know I was working for Shiftsmart and was there to do the merchandising for her store. She rolled her eyes and complained saying I was to be there at 5pm. I nicely explained to her that the shift was to be from 10pm to 2am and showed her the evidence of that on my phone on the app itself. She then rudely replied that she didn't care. I tried to apologize for the mistake that ********** might have made. She then looked at me with disgust and so rudely said, "You need to.get out of my store, you don't smell good, you smell cheap." With sheer embarrassment I just walked out of the store. I have never been so insulted in my life. As a manager or even as just a clerk one should NEVER speak to someone like that. I have worked for Shiftsmart for some time and have never been thru something like that.

The next morning my car would not turn on. I had to get my car towed and repaired and miss a week of work because of having no car. I have gas samples that can be provided from the car repair shop itself.

      On 9/14/2023, I received bad gas from the Circle K at *************************************************, ** that resulted in an inoperable vehicle due to extremely high water content in the gasoline. The damage to my vehicle resulted in repairs in the amount of $1,965.91. I have called ******************* Guaranteed" customer service line at ************** every day for the last month and left a message each time with no response. I've also sent several emails that have gone unanswered and visited the store and was told the phone number above was the only way to resolve the issue but he did confirm bad gas at this location on 9/14/2023 and others were affected as well.

      Circle K on 120th by ********** had an advertising sign for regular gas at $3.87.9. I stopped to buy gas there. When I entered my credit card and removed the nozzle, the price was showing $4.15.9 cents per gallon.I went inside to inform the attendee that the price was wrong on the pump, and they said they could do nothing about it. This is not the first time this is happened there. And they always seem to increase their pump prices towards late afternoon. The attendee said that prices are set by the home office and theres nothing they can do about it.

      On Wednesday, May 17, 2023 I purchased "Premium" fuel from the Valero (Circle K)gas station located at the corner of **********************************************. I then drove the approximately 4 miles home and parked my vehicle. On Thursday, May 18 I noticed that several of my neighbors had posted on the neighborhood FB page that they had gotten ********* at the same Valero and were experiencing issues with their vehicles. When I drove my vehicle on Friday, May 19, my vehicle was shaking. When I next started my vehicle, the check engine light came on and the shaking was now violent. I went to the Valero and told the clerk behind the counter that I had purchased gas recently and was experiencing car issues and was given the phone number to the Circle K Headquarters ************** Opt. 5.I called and left a message. I called the following day and left another message. On Monday, May 22 I received a call from "******" from the corporate office of Circle K. I told him about buying the fuel & what my vehicle was now doing. ****** told me someone with their insurance company would be reaching out to me. Later that day I received an e-mail from *********************** with ******************** Per the e-mail, I provided the receipt for the gas I had purchased ($75) and the repair bill ($325). The repair shop "dropped" the fuel tank and "Blew out" the injectors. My vehicle ran without issue after that. On Friday, May 26, I received a call from ************ stating the Valero location in question DID INDEED have water in their tanks on May 12 but not on May 17 per some report she had and therefore would not be reimbursing me. On Friday, June 2, I called ****** back and had to leave a message. I also reached out to ************ to try to obtain a copy of the report. I haven't heard back from either of them.

      I got gas at the Circle K location 435 W. ******************************************************************************, Store #***** on 11/6/2022 at 4:53 PM. I pumped a little less than 6 gallons of gas @ $3.39 per gallon ($*****). The charge came through on my card for $30.01, $10.00 more. I only received ***** worth of gas and that is all I will be paying for. Anything more is theft and I am sure I am not the only one that happened to. I have tried calling the store, no answer, and the regional office number listed is not in service and email address is also invalid.

      I bought fuel that caused over $500 in repair to my vehicle from a Circle K in *******, *****. My mechanic report states that the fuel was contaminated with diesel. I have tried over 20 times to contact the Circle K fuel quality phone number and have left 5+ messages with my information. I have tried over 20 times to contact the Rocky Mountain division using the phone number provided at the store and have left messages. I have tried 20+ times to reach the corporate office with the ******** phone number provided on the BBB website under this company and it says "the wireless caller is not available."

      Circle K at store at *****************************************************************. (Store # *******)-I got 85 ************ on 3/29 at this location. -As I was driving my car away, the power steering and power breaks went out. The engine ceased. A few minutes later, I was able to turn my car back on. - Took car to mechanic, to make sure everything was ok. -As I was driving to the mechanic and pulled into their parking lot, my car again lost power steering, power breaks, and engine ceased. - After mechanic looked vehicle, discovered gas I had gotten at the Circle K, was contaminated. - To fix the issue, they had to flush the fuel system. (The cost was $1,170. I have documentation on this). - 3/30, went back to the Circle K, and asked if they could print me receipt, so I could confirm the type of fuel I purchased. Store clerk could not print me a receipt, so he contacted his manager (*********), and she was going to print me the receipt, when she would be in the store the next day (3/31). -3/31 Went to Circle K, to get printed receipt. Manager (*********) advised system was not working and would have receipt ready for me the next day 4/1. At this time, ********* confirmed that I did purchase 85 unleaded fuel from pump 5. - 4/1 ********* still could not print receipt. She advised that her manger would call me first thing Monday morning 4/4. As of today (4/13) I have not received a phone call. -4/11 and 4/12 left voicemail at AZ headquarters **************. I have yet to hear back from anyone. - On 4/11 and 4/12 left voicemail for the Rocky Mountain Division *************). Have yet to hear anything. - 4/11 Filled out contact request form on the Circle K website. Have yet to hear anything -4/12 called customer service number at *************) left a voicemail. I have not heard back.-4/12 sent email to ************************************* No reply. - Manager ********* was unwilling to help me in any way - Smog test was passed on 3/25 I have documentation on all things listed.
