    8 months, 3 weeks 3 days! Thats how long it took me to get a pair of Signia hearing aids that almost work through Hearing Care Solutions!! Three *********** that hearing care solutions made appointments for me, with. First *********** that they suggested, A & M Hearing in *********, Ca., which never bothered to submit the order. 2nd *********** HEAR USA *********, that Hearing Care Solutions made an appointment for, hearing aids, worked exactly 7 days before they started turning themselves off and on until they didnt come back on again. Then I was told a 2-3 month waiting list to get new ones! 3rd appt. Was with ************* ENT, ********, ***, new pair ordered. 3 days before order was scheduled for delivery, I got a call from *** wanting to know how I was going to pay the $5,200.00 balance on the $3,000 pair of hearing aids that was ordered! ***? Price change while processing my order! When SCENT got this order straightened out, the pair that was sent was 2 different models that didnt talk to each other! After 8 months 3 weeks 3 days, I got a quasi working pair of Aids. Quasi because of the metallic TINK noise I hear periodically. Now, I getting phone calls from someone named ***** at 7 AM two mornings in a row from an 866 number that is not identified! I do not answer phone calls from telephone numbers that are not identified! VM left. This ***** says hes from ***, asking if I want to meet for breakfast to discuss HCS! Well, I have changed my ******** ins to one that DOES NOT use Hearing Care Solutions! No one should ever have to go through almost 9 months to get a pair of almost working hearing aids!!

After reviewing our records, we were able to locate 3 orders placed by 3 different in-network offices in 2024 which were all cancelled as requested by the member. Throughout the months, our notes indicate that we maintained a line of communication with both our in-network offices and the member to ensure we could assist with your hearing healthcare. We do regret any inconveniences you have faced but are happy to see that youve taken delivery of your most recent order. Our program offers a 60-day evaluation period which allows you to trial out your hearing aids, returns and exchanges are permitted within this period. We also offer a 1-year servicing period where you may get your hearing aids adjusted or serviced at no charge to you at the office of purchase as well as a comprehensive 3-year warranty which covers Loss & Damage and allows for a one-time hearing aid replacement, please be advsied that this replacemenet may be subject to a manufacturers deductible. Please do not hesitate to utilize our resources or reach out to your Provider if you are experiencing any concerns with your devices. You can reach HCS Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm MST at **************.

    I paid for my hearing aids on May 17 and was told that I would have a complete set in 5 - 7 days. After multiple calls I am still waiting on my hearing aids and it is June 25th. Today they told me they may be ready the week of July 1st.I have talked to management who promise to follow up but never call back. HCS keeps deflecting and blaming the manufacturer. They have also told me they can not reach the manufacturer - so why would a company have a business partner they are unable to communicate with?Angry that I spent money here and seem to have no recourse but to wait. For-warned is for-armed - shop around before using this company.

After researching, we found that there are 2 parts of your order: the hearing aid devices themselves and the earmolds for your hearing aids. According to our records, the devices were delivered promptly to the office within the 5-7 business day turnaround time; however, there does seem to be a discrepancy with the earmolds.     I was shocked that Hearing Care Solutions does not provide a hearing test done by a licensed Audiologist, my hearing test was done by a Hearing Instrument Specialist. My hearing loss is very severe. My total visit lasted less than 35 minutes. I left with no documentation and feeling extremely confused, all she handed me was her business card.The price I was quoted was quoted by HCS versus the price ***** says I owe does not line up meaning she did not give me the correct hearing aid price.My insurance company was shocked that a Audiologist did not perform my hearing test as was I.Very unprofessional!

    Extremely rude Audiologist at Hearing Care Solutions who provides inaccurate, wrong information regarding my hearing aid selection that was submitted by my my hearing aid doctor. More, Audioloay HCS also provided inaccurate hearing aid design color while other employees at HCS provided correct info which coinsided with the order from my hearing doctor. Instead of the Audiologist asking why a different HCS employee provided me the correct information, he decided to argue with me. I asked Audiologist to discuss with his co worker but he refused bit preferred to argue. These are $6500 hearing aids and the Audiologist is downright inconsiderate, rude, and does not have or take responsibility for his providing of wrong info. I then called my hearing doctor. ********************** Dr called HCS to discuss with a different employee to confirm my order which was correct different than what HCS Audiologist provided today and provide approximately 2 weeks ago when we had to delay the order to confirm the hearing aid order

    This company has taken full payment for a set of hearing aids on March 8th 2023 and I found out today the order was never placed I'm trying to get my money back and my insurance money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone

    My insurance works with Hearing Care Solutions for hearing aids. My ENT doctor gave me the number to call them after my evaluation. They made me an appointment with a local service. I have two hearing aids. I have been very satisfied with the process thus far.

    They should be shut down!!Six weeks of their "game", I'm so fed up, and it's not their fault. And one of the executives had the audacity to tell the receptionist/patient care woman at ************** that she was doing more than she should to help me solve all the issues that they kept coming up with!

    Dealing with HCS is frustrating to say the least. Priced an Oticon Zircon with them and was told there would be no copay. My audiologist told me that there would be a $350 copay for the battery version and $1000 for the rechargeable. I paid a $350 copay and was told that the ** would be shipped and I should hear from my audiologist within 5-7 days. After two weeks, I checked in with HCS and was told that ****** had lost the order and the ** should be at my provider with 5-7 days. When I arrived at my provided for the fitting, the audiologist fitted me with a rechargeable **. Three days later I got a call from the provider who told me that HCS had sent the wrong ** and I could either pay and additional $650, or come back to his office and be fitted with a non-rechargeable **. I called HCS and spoke to a customer service rep who appeared to care less about the poor customer service that they provided. To echo other comments on this site, I believe the **s they provide are way over priced, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

    After submitting my review, I was contacted by a representative from Hearing Care Solutions who was very apologetic for the confusion over the pricing issue, and offered a solution which did not require an additional copay.We all encounter customer service issues from time to time that go unresolved, so I think it is important to recognize Hearing Care Solutions responsiveness to my concerns. Certainly, it has reshaped my opinion of the company, and alleviates any concern that I might have had to work with them in the future.

    Terrible patient service. I purchased my hearing aids after I had reviewed my benefits with my ******** Advantage carrier CDPHP which noted I would be reimbursed for at least part of the purchase. I was seen by a participating provider and then submitted my claim for reimbursement. I was told I needed to submit thru HCS and not thru CDPHP. I emailed the ***************** Team and received an email back from ******* stating she had emailed the *********** and they would be sending me a proper claim form to submit my charges. I never received any claim form and again emailed ***************** rep ******* and she again stated she would contact the ***********. This was 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my claim form. I am starting to think this is some type of scam. I was a Cardiology Practice business manager and have had to deal with companies like this in the past. I pretty much have given up any hope for reimbursement.

    10/27/22. My experience with HCS has been terrible. I would give them a 0 rating. HCS sets up the appt. for the hearing exam only to find out that one, the company that HCS sets up won't deal with them, two, the hearing aids are 40%-45% higher then elsewhere. Anthem tells me I can purchase out of network but will not send me a written procedure on how to purchase out of network and the time to it will take to be reimbursed. Anthem uses them as a third party that only adds to the expense and lines HCS's pockets according to the hearing aid companies. The hearing aid offices that were candid with me and want to remain anonymous. Says there horrible to deal with and they make all the money and the hearing aid offices do all the work.. In my opinion this is a scam and needs to be exposed.
