- Refund and Exchange Policy
- 1. AOB Refund Policy: AOB Med Spa offers a 30-day return policy on all products with receipt. Product must be in original packaging. Funds will be placed on account to be used for future products and services. No refunds will be given for pre-paid services. If a client wishes to return a pre-paid service for a different service, funds paid will be placed on their account to be used for a future product or service. No refunds will be given for CoolSculpting or other service deposits.
2. AOB Cancellation Policy: For Coolscupting, clients are required to place a $500 deposit to reserve the treatment room. If client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of original appointment, the $500 deposit will be forfeited. For all other appointments, AOB has a 24 cancellation policy. Clients will be charged the full price of their appointment if at least 24 hours notice of change or cancellation is not provided. - Business Categories
