Do not work for Dr. ****************** Redfearn at Fit to Smile whether it be a full time, part time or temp position, and most DEFINITELY do not be a patient of his. He will try to ruin your reputation in the Dental community if you put your notice to leave in, say something he doesnt like, or even just mess up on a filling you placed for him. He is very spiteful and unfortunately I didnt do enough research before I worked for him. I just found out he tried to ruin one of my colleagues reputation and am appalled. He tried to ruin mine a while ago because I quit working for him and gave my 2 weeks notice. Theres many reasons why I decided to quit, but the biggest reason was his demeanor and unspeakable things he would say to his employees. He just didnt seem to care at all about others feelings, and it seems like he has something against the world, or he just likes making others feel bad about themselves including his patients. He would guilt patients for having cavities, and even keep drilling on a patients tooth even though they clearly werent numb yet and tears were rolling down their face. Every Dentist knows you must give the anesthetic a few minutes to soak in and take affect, but he would go straight into drilling right after giving an injection every single time. I dont understand how he is still a Dentist. I fear that he likes inflicting pain on others whether it be emotionally or physically, he will try his best to do it. His partner, **************, was recently sentenced to jail after slowly poisoning and killing his wife with ******* that ************** had delivered to his office. Please stay away from him as a patient or employee. You would thank me later, I promise you.
