Date of transaction: April 18, 2024 Amount Paid: ****** What business committed to provide: CBD Gummies that are guaranteed to promote sustainable sexual health.Nature of dispute: ******** claims that paperwork is in the hands of their billing department and an e-check will be sent by e-mail in seven to ten days. This is the standard excuse I hear every time I call. Did business try to resolve problem: No, I have made seven calls in attempt to settle this issue with no success.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 6/27/2024. I thought it was for one bottle of supplements for $59.99 plus one free. When the transaction completed, I was charged for two bottles for a total of $129.88 and a third bottle of a different supplement I did not even agree to for $59.99, making my total $189.87. I immediately sent an email to their customer care asking to cancel the order. They refused. They said it's already processing and I have to wait until I receive it and then return it. They blamed me saying supposedly it's easy to opt out. I was never given a confirmation screen or opportunity to review the order before final approval. I have sent multiple emails back and forth and they continue to refuse to cancel my order. This kind of business is underhanded.Initial Complaint

My mother by mistake ordered this product. She was also sent a quantity that she did not order. I sent everything back unopened for a full refund. It was sent back two weeks ago and also called for a signature. We were told we would be refunded for any unopened product. She waited but no refund. When she called, they said they had not received it. Then she tracked it and it was delivered. Then she called several times before she finally got someone who told her that she had to pay an ***** restocking fee. This smells like a scam to me. My mother is 86 and and could be seen as an easy target. When we first called about returning the product, we were never told about a restocking fee. She just needs a total refund.Initial Complaint

I did not order $239 of anything from this company and I have been fraudulently overcharged. I did not subscribe or otherwise commit to anything over $49, but $239 was deducted from my bank account. I want this money refunded so I can meet basic living needs.Initial Complaint

For the last 4 months I have refused four unopened boxes for this product. I have called to remove charges from my credit card. I have been hung up on three different times and have difficulty understanding the associate. The charge was $239.99 per month; with the original being hundreds of dollars less. They have stated that I should have called to see how I am to return the product, instead of just refusing it. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. I should have checked the with the BBB regarding their "F" rating. The refuse to give me an address so I can go to small claims court. This is beyond unbelieveable! I ordered a sample bottle to try. And I was charged for the sample $54 also charged $239 and after the sample came a couple days later a box of 6 showed up. I tried to stop it and even got with my bank to try. The next month $239 came out of my account again. Didn't receive anything else that time. Got with my bank again and the suggested I get a new debit card and I did. The Next month the charged $239 to my husband's card and sent 6 more bottles. My husband got a new card. Didn't hear anything else for 2 months. Then $239 came out again, I got with my bank about the charge and they said it was for settling a dispute with ****. Will this ever stop?Initial Complaint

This is a scam. Unbeknownst to me when I first purchased this product it was not a one time purchase. They keep coming and charging me hundreds of dollars. I have sent multiple shipments back unopened back to them marked refused but they keep sending them and charging me.
