      My wife ***** purchased Transform Keto diet pills for $199.88 on October 2, 2022. We received them on October 7, 2022. My wife decided she did not want the pills and the company told her she can return them once they were delivered to us. We returned them through **** in *******, ** on October 8, 2022 using the label they provided. We both contacted the company 10 days after they were returned to Transform Keto. They told us the package was not received and we will not get refunded. We were also told a refund would not provided until after 60 days of return. Once December 8, 2022 came, I contacted company and again they did not receive return package and would not provide refund. I contacted my bank DCU for assistance. Today, January 5, 2023 I spoke with customer service representative at **********************. He told me they have still not received return package and that they only refund if you return product within 30 days.

Note that products/packages without an *** number will be destroyed, and a credit will not be offered.

      As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a refund of $199.88 as requested. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect in your account.

      The product did not match advertisement. Plus, items were added that I did not want. I called immediately. Not as advertised on Marketplace. I tried to cancel the order. However, a person named ***** or ***** refused to cancel the order. Made up excuses there was too much static; too much noise; couldn't understand me and so on. I repeated everything I was asked for; spoke up and spoke clearly. Then the person went to a quiet area; stated "I can't hear you"; and disconnected the phone! I made the call to ************** at 12:54 a.m. It was about 3 minutes & 59 seconds long. I called Capitol One & spoke to ***** at about 1:01 a.m. for 7 minutes & 25 seconds. I tried the company website to see if I could cancel online. Website did not work. I called again at 1:06 p.m. No agent was available. I could leave a message. So, after holding several minutes, I was prompted to leave a message. I explained the entire ordeal; provided all the information the Company required; I also explained I would file a complaint with the ******** AG's Consumer Division if I did not receive confirmation of cancelation either by phone or email. I would also contact the Better Business Bureau. That call was 7 *********** second. I called back at 1:13 p.m. as I forgot to hit the # key to send the message. I went through everything again. This call was 9 minutes & 29 seconds. I open my email evening of January 3rd; there is a confirmation order had been sent; not cancelled. My order number is F923D4A2EE; tracking number is: **********************; did not specify carrier or track anything! The amount is $259.87. Further, I went back on their website; message from ********* that "the site has been reported as unsafe; Hosted by secure transformketo.com; ********* recommends you don't continue to this site. It has been reported to ********* for containing misleading content that could lead you to lose personal info, financial data, and even money. Go back. ********* Defender SmartScreen."

      In Oct, 2022 ex-wife ordered product. Canx immediately. ** said that she had to wait 60 days to return product.They continued to send unauthorized product, charging my credit card. In Nov, 2022, after being sent from person to person they gave her RMA #'s to send back the products. The products were returned via *** on 11/25/22. To date my credit card has not been credited with the costs. Today, trying to call all the number I had from my previous calls, the voice mail states that they are open at 7am Mountain Time. I called at noon, Eastern Time. I've tried other telephone numbers on various websites that offer the Transform Keto products and guess what...they have to record of the transactions even though I had given them their order numbers and the RMA#s they sent.

As per checking, you called our customer service on 01/03/2023 and one of our dedicated representatives refunded your account $339.75. 

      As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and issued an additional refund of $199.88 today, 01/17/2023. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time, for the credit to reflect in your account.

      The price posted was totally not what I was charged . there was a $39.00 charge plus shipping. when I gave my Credit card info the charge appeared on my Phone as $ ****** plus shipping was well over $ 240 , I immediantly told them to cancel the charge. The customer service told me don't worry my account wasn't charged . 10 days later i recieved the box in the mail. I tried to cancel with my credit card. Then yesterday I received another box with these pills for another $****** plus $49. shipping and a random Sleep drug for another $49.00 on my account , they didnt even bother to send anything in the mail for this sleep drug ( that I never heard of and certainly didn't order.) This is out of control and a total scam. I canceled my credit card . This company must be stopped, they advertised one price then when they got my credit card number they've started charging hundreds of dollars to my account. I need help to put them out of business and stop these charges.thank you so much.
