Colorado Style Home Furnishings Response

************ purchased four custom special order furniture pieces made by ******* and *****,specially ordered specifically for her. A beautiful leather sofa, two leather accent chairs and a leather recliner were custom made at their factory for her. She was thrilled with her selections upon delivery.
************ contacted us a few weeks after receiving her furniture to let us know there was an issue with one of her new leather accent chairs. We immediately contacted the manufacturer to address the issue.
We offered to return the leather chair to allow the manufacturer to resolve the issue, but she declined.
We offered to send a specialized furniture tech to her home to take care of the issue, but she declined.
We offered to return not only the one leather chair in question, but also the matching second accent chair and the sofa that she had also purchased that had no issues. We offered to refund three of the four custom special order items, but she declined.
Our return policy on custom special orders is explained when ordering: All sales are final with no returns since the furniture is being manufactured specifically for the customer. We made a special exception for *********** and attempted to accommodate her needs by offering several different options but unfortunately, she declined. While there is a possibility that something encountered the leather to cause this issue, we never questioned what happened but only wanted to provide the best customer service possible.
