I purchaaed a used ***** colorado from alpine on county line . At the time i was given one set of keys and told that was all the truck came with . I was still under warranty because of the mileage and age of the truck and was to have free oil changes. Well I had learned after things began disappearing out of the truck , im a contractor and tools and other items started disappearing , that there was in fact two sets of keys but they decided to give the other set to a stalker who happens to be my exwife from 8 years ago . She was also given all the information needed to hack the trucks computer . I had the truck for a month and the air conditioner stopped working and the engine had come on . So i scheduled a service and an oil change . A sensor had gone bad probably from the hackers doing anything they could to make the truck have problems . Once in the computer you change factory settings such as fuel air mixture and such. So it took the service department 9 businesss days to change one sensor and change the oil and to tell me it will cost $700 for the airconditioner repair even though it is suppossed to be under full warranty. 9 days without a vehicle they said they had no loaner for me. And when i finally went down to force the issue they charged me for the oil change as well . I did not have my paperwork with me at the time so i paid it . I went home and read up on what i thought i had purchased and yes it all should have been free but they had no record of it . But the real problem was the stalker having the keys and the computer . Two days after the 9 day stay the engine light came on again and the truck was burning so much gas and running like c*** from whatever the hacker was doing to it . Frustrated and trying everything to get the stalker out of my life i quit paying for it and it was repoed . I know i had to cut my own throat and to anyone who has been stalked only you would agree and know what that is worth to get away from a stalker in anyway possible .

I purchased a brand new 2024 GMC ****** 2500 Duramax back in April. The truck has been in the shop at closer dealership since September 9th for a transmission issue ( valve body ) of which I am told the part is on back order and could be 3-4 months but they have no idea. Currently at the dealership there are over 20 trucks sitting in the back waiting on the part. This dealership as well as ** have known of the issue for over a year now and continues to sell the trucks, only to leave the consumers stranded. This is a very unethical way of doing business, selling trucks they know have damaged parts. I own a construction company and bought this truck along with the past 5 ************* for its purpose; to haul equipment, materials and trailers. The loaner I was offered through ** was a small SUV. I have been lied to first, by selling me a brand new defective truck, delayed responses from ** and no help or information from the dealership. Do not buy a ***** GMC ****** ********* duramax.

On September 9th I was browsing Autotrader for a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon when I stumbled across a Jeep that had pretty much every option I was looking for including the *************** I was put in touch with ****** and when I asked if the listing was correct, he confirmed the Jeep in question did in fact have both tops. I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it that day. During the purchase negotiations I asked about the soft top multiple times and was told by ****** that he was sending an employee over to another building where they keep accessories like that. I just assumed that what he was saying was the ******** handed the keys I noticed they never went to get the soft top. ****** apologies and tells me they must have forgot to run over and grab it, but not to worry because he will personally deliver it later that week. Finally on Monday the 16th a week after I purchased the Vehicle ****** finally gets back to me and tells me that they dont have the soft top, but not to worry he will be getting with his GM about getting me a new one. So finally, on September 25th I start asking for a sales manager to see about getting and update and get directed to ******. ****** starts to yell over the phone that used vehicles are sold AS IS and that all ads are just auto generated. That they have no idea about anything to do with the used vehicles on their lot. So, I try to explain to ****** that, I understand the deal with used cars which is why I asked about it multiple times during the process and after it being confirmed every time, I believed it. And now to hear that the vehicle I purchased is missing a $3000 option I was told it had I feel like they negotiated the deal in bad faith. Since the ad is auto generated, I assume the price had all options listed factored into it.Well, today is October 8th and I still havent received anything but empty promises from everyone at Alpine Buick GMC from the sales floor to the General Manager.

We had an excellent experience with Alpine Service staff, ****, ******** and ******** today. VERY professional, cared about our experience, timely plus NO additional charges for using a credit card for payment! We traveled over 60 miles round trip town to use this dealership for the 1st time and will definitely be servicing both our vehicles with Alpine in the future.

Tried to trade my truck in for a 2021 GMC pickup at Alpine Buick. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle but was told it hasn't been through their inspection so while I could buy the vehicle I wouldn't be able to take it home. I advised that I wouldn't purchase the vehicle until it was fully inspected. Salesperson said he would call me once the inspection was done. 2 days later I called and was told the inspection was still not done but they were working hard to get it done. 4 days later I decided to go with another vehicle at a different dealership. This is when I noticed that Alpine Buick had the truck I owned and was looking to trade in listed on Car Gurus and their own website as for sale. I called Alpine Buick pretending to be interested in purchasing it and was told that the vehicle was available for sale but hadn't gone through inspection yet (very familiar story). To date my old truck is still listed for sale on their website despite my advising I would be submitting a complaint to the **** of ******** I tried NUMEROUS times to speak with the dealer owner or General Sales Manager but was never put through. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dealer!!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning experience I had at Alpine yesterday. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing my 2017 white GMC ******* entrusting your service center with all ********************** needs.Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by ****** during my recent visit. I have encountered two significant issues that have led me to reconsider continuing to rely on Alpine for my automotive needs. Regrettably, I feel compelled to highlight that ***************************** conduct during my visit was unacceptable. His treatment of customers is something that should be addressed promptly.During my visit, it came to my attention that my vehicle was severely lacking in both oil and coolant, resulting in abnormal shaking and overheating. Subsequently, I was presented with a quote outlining various necessary repairs, including the radiator and an oil-related issue, in addition to an alignment that was supposedly performed on 3/1/2024. I firmly believe that these issues are a direct result of shortcomings in your service process:1. Failure to check and refill the coolant, leading to heating issues.2. Inadequate oil change procedure resulting in the absence of oil in my vehicle.Furthermore, I was dismayed by ******'s dismissive behavior when he crumpled up the quote in front of me, my children, and ****. This lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply concerning.*** reached out to ******, and to phet

We have had one of the worst car-buying experiences with Alpine. We purchased a Jeep almost 3 weeks ago and asked for it to be delivered to us as this was the easiest route in getting the jeep to ** because we live over 3 hours away. After multiple days of the sales man providing limited communication about what was going on with the vehicle we finally got the vehicle shipped to us. The transport company that Alpine uses called at 7:30 pm to let me know he would be delivering the vehicle the same night when he was still over 3 hours away from my location. That meant the car would not deliver until 10:30-11:00 at night. This has been a total joke and the whole experience was awful. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from them.

This place has horrible sense of explaining to customers what they are purchasing, went in w the intention of getting a car which i sadly got thru them but they never did once mention the gap insurance was an extra cost, they just said it was included, when i went in to asl them why my monthly payments were he said it was because the insurance, he just apologized and i just brushed it off, yesterday comes and as im looking at the paperwork i see that they charged me 20k more than what we had agreed on and i wasnt aware until i saw the paperwork because i had the idea of a different price that we had talked about in the dealership

Awful service department. I called and was told my part was under warranty. They had replaced the drive trane 02 of 2022. I was told on the phone that it was still under warranty. I drove 1hr30min to get to the service department just to be told who I had spoken to was wrong and that they wouldn't be able to help us. The week before, same person told me I would be able to reserve a loaner car if I called them on the Friday before I dropped it off, when I arrived today that wasn't even an option. You sell someone a car that has major issues, had the car little over a year. We will not buy any cars from them. To not support a customer? Now we are driving our car with a bad drive trane an hour and a half home. I hope we make it home safely.
