    Ridgeline has filed a Notice of Intent to File a Lien when the bill has been paid in full. Ridgeline needs to remove the claim. The bill was paid in full on 02/02/2025.

    The customer has only paid the deposit amount for the insurance claim. There is still an open balance owed for depreciation and supplements due. The customer was made aware the recent payment was not the final amount owed, and that the payment was the *** or deposit amount owed to Ridgeline. ******* needs to read the emails sent and stop the defamation of Ridgeline. Not to mention these are funds paid by her insurance provider and not funds coming out of her own pocket other than that of her deductible. I would suggest the customer get aggressive with the handling insurance adjuster and not Ridgeline.

    We began the process with getting a new roof with Ridgeline in August of 2023. The day the materials were dropped off the truck they use to put the shingles and materials on the roof let a hole in our front yard. The build day was fine everything went started on time and it was completed in a timely manner. Once the roof was done we noticed some damage to our gutters and were promised repairs for this. Our solar panels were reset in October, during this process, one of the workers had a panel leaning against our garage door which subsequently fell hitting the back hatch of my vehicle causing damage. We were told to take the car for an estimate for repairs and this amount would be taken off the final invoice. Shortly after this the owners of the business came out to our property to have a look at the gutters and our vehicle. They were appalled at the amount of damage caused to our gutters and front lawn we were again promised new gutters, fresh paint, fixed grass, ect. Months went by and we had no communication with anyone. The employee overseeing our job had been fired due to how horribly everything went. When we finally had someone back out to our property to "make things right" in their words, the new manger laughed at my husband and proceeded to say we were making up all the damages. We immediately called the owner and again were promised repairs and fixes to our property. My husband scheduled gutter repairs with their contractor, and on the day of no one showed up. We let ****** know and he said that now this addtional cost would be removed from our final invoice. We requested an updated invoice with all the changes promised so we could see the final total. This was never received. Over all it has been stressful and completely disapointing working with this company. Our home and personal property was damaged and these are all things we work very hard for. Promise after promise fell short and we still have not had any repairs made to the damages.

    We understand that the process and issues were something that Ridgeline needed to address and credit back to you the customer. The delay in the invoice was due to missing funds owed to the customer based on the insurance estimate. ********************** has since made sure the correct funds were issued to ****, so that we could send a final invoice. Ridgeline did credit the amounts for the damage to the vehicle as well as the amount needed for gutter repair and paint touch up. We have spoken to with **** to explain the final invoice as well as the missing funds. I believe we have resolved all concerns mentioned in the complaint. Ridgeline has made adjustments to staff and procedures as well as ownership taking full responsibility for the faults of our staff and contractors. Again, **** we apologize for the problems and headaches throughout the process. We are committed to making sure that you feel the damages were compensated correctly and that we did everything we could to right our wrongs. ****, thank you for continuing to answer our calls and emails throughout this process, I hope that the outcome as of now has been to your satisfaction.
