1 star because in order to leave a review its required. Honestly deserves zero. The worst customer service ever. I can not get a hold of anyone. Wait time is forever. You would think they would reach out to me when my vehicle was inspected. I had to call them and was told a supervisor would call me back its now a week later and nothing. My car has been in the shop for a month. After reading all of the reviews it looks like I am not the only one having this nightmare. I will be seeking legal advice. What type of business is this? and why do they have an A+ rating this is very misleading for consumers.Warranty Solutions Management Corporation

None of this is accurate. My vehicle has had multiple repairs due to overheating before this last incident. If the vehicle should not have been in use your company (who approved the repairs) should have said so. I find it strange that you are responding to each complaint on here with the same reason for denial. Im starting to believe this company is a scam and I will seek legal advice. 4 weeks without a car! Lastly I never received a call from supervisor still waiting. The only time I got a response was as soon as I posted a review on BBB.Review fromMiriam B

My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks now. I have yet to hear from an adjuster. I took it upon myself to contact them. Their response is a supervisor will contact you. Im still waiting for a call. Its been 5 days since that response. I called again today numerous times and was told someone will call me today definitely and long behold no one returned my call. This is by far the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. Also each time I called the wait time was over 15 minutes and I was even disconnected after someone finally answered. I called back this time I waited 28 minutes and the representative said their Wi-Fi is not all that great and people get disconnected all the time. Terrible service!Warranty Solutions Management Corporation

Dear Mr. ********************************************************************************************************** We received your Better Business Bureau Customer Review complaint regarding the expiration of your vehicle service contract. We thank you for your patience while this matter was under review.
We recently received your copy of the signed registration page, and it shows a different effective date than the vehicle service contract that was submitted to us by the selling dealer, Lustine Dodge. Currently, we are working with our administrative service to get the effective date updated and reactivate the vehicle service contract. After the vehicle service contract is activated, we can cancel the vehicle service contract per your request. The vehicle service contract will be prorated in accordance with the terms of the vehicle service contract.
We apologize for any frustration or delay that this may have experienced.
Best regards,

I dropped my truck of at the dealership 4 weeks ago. I paid that dealer $4,200 for the extended warranty on this used truck. It recently exhibited some unsafe behaviors though I've maintained it rigorously. One of the problems the dealer identified was a large amount of metal shavings in the transmission fluid. They contacted WS, who demanded they disassemble the transmission (7 hours labor) and to have it inspected by a WS employee. That was done on the first Monday after I left the truck at the dealer. They did not send an inspector until Wednesday. They waited until that Friday to tell the dealer that they wanted a dealer estimate for rebuilding, rather than replacing the transmission. The dealer told me it's much cheaper to replace than rebuild. They provided an estimate to WS that Friday, and WS have been stalling for a full two weeks since. I've called WS directly and confirmed that they unabashedly have done these things. This past week, the service manager at the dealer began calling WS, as he's had a service bay occupied by a disemboweled Silverado for three and a half weeks with no action on WS' part. ** daily promises a decision, yet never provides it. They said they had a 'glitch the week before last, and that caused the delay to that point, but no excuse for this week's delays. I'm almost $1000 into a rental car so I can still work, and WS tells me they won't pay for it due to the delays on their part - they only pay for the labor time they calculate for the actual work done by the dealer. DO NOT EVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY. It seems to me that their entire goal is to deny claims, to stall and delay in hopes that I'll pay the $13K the dealer quoted for the WS-mandated teardown, plus the rebuild and go away. NOT HAPPENING. Warranty Solutions is either grossly incompetent, insolvent, or deliberately and actively defrauding dealers and consumers.Warranty Solutions Management Corporation

This was provided a week ago. I am 5 weeks into your review, with $1000+ of car rental, and Warranty Solutions just ask for more and more documentation, and take a week to respond after the requested information is provided. It appears that WS is trying to not provide any service for the $4,200 'warranty" that I purchased. And, you only want to pay for labor hours for a rental car, despite the WEEKS that WS has been stalling and not acting at all. other than requesting multiple re-submissions of the documents that WS have requested. I am convinced that this is a scam warranty. I will be contacting my secretary of state's office Monday, as well as the local news station consumer advocacy teams. This is ridiculous and in my opinion, criminal fraud.Review fromedward H

It is Warranty Solutions roll to adjudicate *** claim within the terms and conditions of the *** waiver. May 6th 2024, I brought my 2018 ****** Pathfinder to the dealership because the noise I heard and thought were wheel bearings turned out to be the transfer case and differential. First the warranty said I never serviced the oil for both every ****** miles and they denied repairs; however my owners manual states to service the oil every ****** miles only if towing or driving in really rough conditions such as snowy, muddy or ***** roads of which in ******* we dont have these conditions. The Warranty Company Supervisor I had spoken with agreed and approved for my vehicle to be repaired, but before repairs the vehicle needed to be broken down and inspected. He also stated there should not be any issues and that for sure my vehicle would be repaired. After this was done, a fluid leak was noticed and again the Warranty Company denied repairs stating I was at fault for not servicing the transfer and differential oil. The service provider at the Dealership stated prior to the vehicle being broken down there were no visible leaks then or in the past as Ive had regular oil changes and other service issues; and there was no way to notice any kind of leak until the vehicle was broken down. It was not my fault but normal wear and tear. The costs were almost $10,000 that I dont have and my extended warranty ends in October of this year. This company is the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with as this is my 4th vehicle. I never went through this with my other vehicles extended warranty services. Now my car is sitting, unable to drive and I am still making car payments along with saving up money for repairs to get my vehicle back on the road. I will be reaching out to attorneys to speak about suing this company because not only have I missed days from work, but I care for two disabled relatives that depend on me for their doctors appointments. And then this company had the AUDACITY to send me a letter requesting renewal?? Really? Im so angry and disappointed.Warranty Solutions Management Corporation

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have had my vehicle in the shop for 10 days and continue to get the run around on every level from this company. I have a failed cylinder head. It is warped, failing a leak down compression test at 60%, and the valve in cylinder one isnt sealing properly. While they did approve some other components, they are refusing to cover the cylinder head itself because there is carbon build up. mind you, this is a used vehicle with ******* miles and ANY used vehicle will have some amount of carbon build up. the shop has stated it in no means has an excessive amount of carbon and would NOT cause the valve to not seal properly. leaving us with ***** in repairs when this is the exact reason we bought the warranty. The dealership is no longer going to be working with this warranty company due to how painful and ridiculous it has been to get this claim processed and now denied for no logical/acceptable reason.Warranty Solutions Management Corporation
