My counselor who was *********************** with Creative treatment options had emailed my the assignment that needed to be completed before I could be discharged. I emailed all assignments required to her on January 23rd, 2024. I had talked to her and let her know that my probation officer has it scheduled to be done February 22nd, 2024. She told me that I wouldnt be done in time because I needed to do a Secondary contact group again and that she would talk to my probation officer first. That my probation, that I have been on for two years would be extended and that I would also have to pay those extra fees after already paying off all fees. I met with my counselor after group and they said I would have to refill out and submit the secondary contact forms online. While going through the papers there was a lot that was different and not the same as what I put on my forms. I contacted the counselor, I left her a voicemail stating that it was not okay for my answers to be changed and that we needed to have a meeting with her, my probation officer, my attorney, and myself and provided her the days that my probation officer was available. ******* took my voicemail to be threatening. She then decided she wants to unsuccessfully discharge me from Creative Treatment Options. As I see it is a way for Creative Treatment Options to get out of being in trouble for there actions. If the people required to do the classes is held to such a high standard then why cant the people that are providing this treatment be held to the same standards. For example, two things that were different on my form that caught my eye was the first being that it said my choice of drug was Benzodiazepines which I have never taken. And one of my answers it stated Client waiting on RX for bipolar which I never stated I had bipolar nor have I been diagnosed with Bipolar. Creative treatment options changed my answers so I had no option but to complete these classes that were not required of me to do.
