The above business was hired to installed a colored stamped patio and side walk last year in October. The owner ********************* came to our home to provide us with a quote to do the job and gave us his sale speech of how good his services were and how he stood above the competition and he verbally promised us that we would not be disappointed with the results of his work. From the beginning we had nothing but problems with his employees drinking on while on the job at our home, trashing the neighbors yard, and the workmanship of the patio was horrible as far as details and finishing. When we tried to bring the issues to *** he was very belligerent and disrespectful to my wife and in regards to the workmanship he had provided took no responsibility for it, we have documented all the events and issues since the beginning to present. In the early part of May of this year I started noticing cracking on the patio and since May the cracks that were noticed have double in length and to current day as of today 7/6/2022 the entire patio show cracking everywhere and in every direction. *** was notified in May of the issues that we were seeing and he just finally came to our home today 7/6/2022 to assess the issues where he took no responsibility and or felt that there is any safety issues with the concrete. He offered to extend the warranty to the date that the concrete was poured which is in October of this year. I payed him a huge amount of money which was $23,000 dollars of which I should warrant a product that would last more than six months before deteriorating and falling apart. I frankly do not want this contractor to perform any other work for me as his proven end product has been a total disaster and I am seeking re-imbursement of the full amount to have it removed and redone by someone else. I have visuals and video of all the issues mentioned. I need to help resolving this. I do not want to end ** in court but I feel I am left with no other options.
