      Not long after I bought two $25.00 gift cards to Boston Market, all of the Boston Matkets in my area secretly shut down. Ive tried calling the number on the back of the card @ ************ to get help and they could only give me another number to call*************) and when you call that number it just rings and then hangs up on you. They should refund me the money since they closed down all locations near me. The cards say they dont expire but they are worthless since I can longer use them. Please help me. There are two different card numbers. Ill put one below and one here.(6174 **************)

      On 7/31/24, attempted to redeem $200 of paper gift cards. At the checkout, employee stated the paper gift cards could not be redeemed. Requested employee try to enter *******. There was no area to enter gift card on the screen we were shown.The gift cards had never been used. We left the restaurant with out our order being filled. The food ordered was all packaged and in containers at the register.The sign on the restaurant at store front and at the door said "Boston Market". No where in the restaurant was it marked the gift cards could not be used.We left with our $200 in paper cards in our possession. We drove an hour each way to get to this location.

      I purchased a $25 gift card for Boston Market recently at my local Kroger's grocery store in the ********, ******** area and come to find all of the Boston Market restaurants in my area have closed. I would like a refund for my gift card.

      For Mothers Day, May 12, 2024, my mother requested lunch from Boston market in ********, **********. I placed the order online. I received the confirmation and they charged my debit card. I arrived at 1:15 PM to pick up my order and only to find the doors locked and the lights off. There was no notification on the door saying they were closed. And the website for Boston market allowed me to purchase. Upon calling the store number, seem to be disconnected. I was unable to reach anyone from the actual corporation as that number also seems to be disconnected. They have fraudulently stolen my money and clearly they do not seem to be in business. Or at least thats the way they are presenting themselves. I would like my $30 back that they fraudulently charge my card considering I did not receive my order. Furthermore, if certain stores are no longer in operation, you should not be able to place an order on the website for said location that l no longer exists.

      Received 4 twenty five dollar gift certificates for Boston Market purchased at target in November 2023. I have the receipt. Understand company went out of business in October All attempts to get satisfaction from both Boston Market and Target unsuccessful. Recommendation was to file with BBB,

      Back on Friday December 1st, 2023, I placed an online order, order number ***************** for 1 x Roasted ************* Rotisserie Chicken 1 x 3pc All-Dark Roasted ************* Rotisserie Chicken 1 x Fresh Baked Cornbread 1 x Mashed Potatoes 1 x Chicken Noodle Soup 1 x Fountain Beverages 1 x 21oz Fountain Coke This order was to be picked up. When I arrived to pick up I grabbed my items through the drive thru and began eating my food while i was driving as I was on my lunch break. I then noticed that there was no chicken noodle soup in the bag. I instantly turned back around and went back to the drive thru to inquire what happened. The person working that day then told me that they ran out of soup and he decided he would give me mac & cheese instead. I advised him that it was wrong of him to just substitute something without even asking me or mentioning anything while I was picking up and that I no longer wanted the food. I returned the entire order including the drink and asked for my money back. The employee then stated to me that he was not authorized to give refunds and that I would need to wait until the manager came in that afternoon. I have yet to receive a refund. I have attempted to call every single day to that location and the phone is never answered. I even have attempted to reach out to boston market via an Instagram message and they have yet to reach out. I should not have to wait this long for a refund when the food was given back instantly!

      I was gifted a Boston Market Gift card and attempted to find a location in 2023 up to the present. I only just found out that the company was going out of business and that they have closed their locations, leaving me with $50 that cannot be used. I dont know how to hold them accountable for honoring the value of this gift card, or refunding it. If you know how I can go about this, I would be incredibly grateful. I tried sending it to a family member to see if she could redeem it at a store that still shows up as open in **************, ****. I will ask for the physical card back in case you need it. I have included photos of the gift card, including the numbers.

      I have called several number to Boston Market about an order I never received from store **** *************************************************************************** date 1-13-2024 time ordered 4:09 PM. Called several numbers *****************-***************-************ called the three numbers and no response from company, customer service does not help and store will not refund my online order. I even called another store to help me with my refund and never received call back. Company does not respond to messages and can not reach live person. This company is fraud and they customers need to receive refunds back that the company never provided products to customers.

      We placed a catering order to be picked up at Boston Market on Thanksgiving at 12pm CST. The pickup location was in ************. **. When we arrived the doors were locked and they did not have any catering orders prepared. They had filled another huge order and simply did not fill our order. We had no food for our family on Thanksgiving. I have requested and been promised a refund numerous times. At this time; almost 60 days later I still do not have my money back. I would like a full refund immediately be placed back on my original form of payment. I am very upset about this and can not believe this is being handled like this. Not to mention the manager on duty that day said to me out the back door she doesn't even need to open as she was rolling filled to go containers to a semi truck parked behind the establishment. We have ordered from Boston Market every year for a decade. It will not happen again! Issue my refund.
