Boston Market ****************************************************** There is something crazy going on at this place. This was the final straw with them. I walked into the store yesterday and was told I can't use my Boston Market gift cards in their store. I have around $70 remaining on $100 worth of gift cards. I quit going there to begin with because they changed their food and they don't even have boston market containers or anything anymore. They're obviously going under and cutting costs and now you can't even use their gift cards in their own store? Has to be illegal. They also had a rewards program on their app that wouldn't let me purchase anything now i can't even log in to the account to see what i had for a balance (i believe it was $10-20 of stuff). I sat on customer support for an hour and a half and after getting given bogus disconnected numbers and not being able to talk to a manager or anything they basically told me they won't refund anything over $5 on the gift cards to people and that i should mail a letter to ******** to seek a refund. Someone has to look into this company because they are stealing peoples money. Even if I get nothing out of this I don't like the idea of others like me getting screwed over. Thanks

On November 9th, I pre-ordered a catering food order via phone for two deliveries scheduled for Thanksgiving day, November 23rd. One delivery was scheduled for 11:15am. The second delivery was scheduled for 6:00pm. The total cost for the service came to $1,375.52. On November 23rd, I was informed that the first delivery did not arrive at 11:30am on November 23rd. When I called customer service, they said that they could not get a hold of the restaurant associated with the order or confirm if they were open. Upon request, I was given the address in which I drove over 30 miles to the restaurant to investigate the matter. Upon arrive, the restaurant was in full operation. When I spoke to the manager, he discovered that they hadn't worked on the order. They gave me whatever they could, which was less than what I ordered to deliver myself. When I inquired about the second delivery, they told me that they would cancel it. Upon being challenged, they agreed to give me what they could. However, I had to pick it up. So, we had to send a driver to pick up the second order. This order must be refunded since it was not the service that we paid for. And we needed to spend another $1,600 to compensate for what we were shorted.

I purchased Christmas dinner for 10 online with Boston Market. The location was ***************************************************************. The order was completed and I received an e-mail confirming my order placed on 12/19/2023. The pickup date was December 23, 2023. On 12/23/2023 at 1 pm, I pulled in the empty parking lot and there was a note on the window. Closed dispute charges with your bank. I was appalled, angry, and frustrated wondering what am I going to do about dinner? I was also upset that they knew they were taking orders online that they were not filing. Everyone who was in this situation should be compensated in addition to receiving our money back. I did receive a credit for the full amount of my purchased. I dont understand how they could be allowed to continue to take orders online which they knew they could not fill. I had to travel to different stores to purchase items to cook because stores were out of certain products. This is what I was avoiding by ordering online.

Boston Market Corp are THIEVES! Placed a $189.69 Thanksgiving catering order, they took my money on 11/13, they confirmed everything was set for 11/23 MANY times. Went to pick up the order on the assigned date and time and the store was CLOSED! Waited for 2 hours, called them over and over! Was on hold forever and they kept hanging up on me! When I did get through, all they kept telling me was that they would "take my feedback and a representative will call on 5-7 business days". I had to scramble and pay $500 for last minute catering for my event! By the way, as I waited for the 2 hours in front of the store, I met others in the same situation! One lady paid BM $600! BM is doing illegal business and STEALING from innocent people! They are still accepting orders when their stores are CLOSED! Please note, per the attached emails. on 11/27 BM emailed me stating they were "sorry" and my refund would take **** business days. It is now 12/12 and I have received NOTHING! I have called, emailed, texted with no response from ANYONE!

My order was canceled because the restaurant was closed. I was never refunded. I've gone to gge Restaurant several times to get my money back. very often the restaurant is closed with a sign saying that they ran out of chicken. when I finally was able to get into the restaurant and speak with the manager their Wi-Fi was down and they could not refund me on my credit card. when I asked for a cash refund I was told they did not have enough cash and I could try back another time

I tried to order dinner on May 28th, 2023 from Boston Market *************** location due to the one in ****** being closed. I ordered curbside pickup and when I called to let them know where I was they proceeded to tell me they didn't have any food, I asked about a refund and they told me I needed to do it the way I paid online. When I tried to it didn't give me the option to do so. So I've proceeded to call the store and they kept saying the money would be back in my account and it never was. They've given me numbers and emails to contact and we had an agreement that they were going to send me a gift card, when I gave them my information to do so they stopped all contact. I've been trying to get my money back for months and I still don't have it.

Boston Market charged me for a Delivery fee but never delivered my order. In addition I received multiple reassurance from the Boston Market catering line that my order was out of delivery. 3 hours later when my order did not show up I went to the store that was to provide my order only to finnd out that they gave away my order to another client since they claimed I didn't pick it up. They then attempted to half a** put together an order that I was still 30 plate short, never received any Pies or dinner rolls as outlined in my order. I am requesting a full refund.
