    ******, ***** and their team @ Blue Spruce Roofing & Exteriors did a masterful job of recently replacing the Mansard style roof on our home with a new class 4 stone coated steel roof and commercial flat roof. It was a complex roof with many angles, levels and elevations that took over a month to complete which included replacing most of our roof decking, building up the flat roof for better drainage and using the industrys most durable and long lasting PVC membrane. ****** and ***** worked with multiple adjusters from our insurance carrier to negotiate the replacement of our roof, gutters and metalwork with little out of pocket cost.The new roof has helped save significantly on our new annual homeowners insurance premium and most of all, improved the quality, visibility and value of our home. Thank you ******, ***** and your team for your honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, negotiating skills and for installing a new roof that will last a lifetime. We already have Blue Spruce Roofing & Exteriors scheduled to replace all of our windows later this year. We would highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need a new roof, gutters, siding or windows. You'll be happy you did!
