Transaction was made on 11/19/2024 in the amount of $1100 cash. I was promised to have my vehicle returned to my possession unfortunately I was told by dealership on the same day as transaction that the keys to my vehicle had been lost. Next, the dealership explains that they will have my keys remade at no cost to myself and I could retrieve my vehicle on the next business day. Well, this story from the dealership about having my keys remade somehow continued for an entire week. Here we are today 11/25/2024 and no contact from dealership and no vehicle still. I've tried to call the dealership numerous of time but they screen my calls and send me to voicemail inwhich is full.Initial Complaint

They lied said they fixed the brakes when they never did they took double payment to still repo my car after paying 1500 in car repairs then get down there with 900 they asked for couldn't find My vechicle then the owner put his hands on me after telling a customer I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here because they don't maintenence there vehicles my 17 year old niece was also pushed in the process I pulled our my made they canned the police they did nothing but put there hands on me they committed fraud lied and now they still have my vecicle..also car wouldn't pass emmision after driving off the lot after I did all the repairs it finally passed they now want me to pay ****** to get the vechichle back Please help me stop this business. I am not the only one that they did this too. There is a lot of people that they have affected like this after reading all of their reviews. It just shows that this place is a total fraud. All they do is get over on people all day. Make them do all these repairs to the vehicle and then come and take the vehicle. After you made over payments, something needs to be done about this place. I don't even understand how there's still in business. After reading all of their reviews, can you please let me know what the next step would be moving forward. Or what I need to do. They're having been being people who have paid off their vehicle and they refuse to give them the title. Also, thank you. Also, they came and took fuses out of my vehicle before the tow truck came. I find that really illegal. And I'm not sure how they are getting away with does. Maybe people are not following through. Daylight and said that they fixed the brakes after keeping the vehicle for 2 days. After I already made the down paymand first the down payment was 2500 then it was 2800. And I believe that my vehicle was in an accident. Before I bought the vehicle because I could tell that the front bumper was repaired.Please help me figure out what to do next.I've neveInitial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this company that was completely overpriced. They also continue to try to up my payments every month even though I'm on time. I have had conversations with them where they have threatened me. They came and took my car out of spite one day Because they did bad business with my daughter. And she gave them their car back. And they didn't want the car, they wanted their money. They keep telling me that they'll take my car just because They can And now they're telling me that. I have to get a completely different ***************** because the ***************** hasn't been paying them. For damages based on the fact that all of the cars are salvage cars with no titles and they basically don't exist.Initial Complaint

I'm writing this today due to the fact that avalanche automotive repos customers vehicles no matter if they are current with their payments and current with insurance and I believe this company needs to be audited the reason I'm asking for help is I still can't get my plates for my vehicle and it's been half year and still no plates on my vehicle but the can repo customer vehicles stealing money from their customers and I don't know what to do with no plates I would like this company to be checked on please and thank you.Initial Complaint

I am on a week by week payment plan for the car i am financing through Avalanche Automotive. I am on time with each payment and pay in full each week. They install a Passtime gps system into each car that they have on there lot including the one I financed. So each week you make a payment they have to put your payment into the system and it generates a new code for your car to work till the next time your payment is due. My complaint is that each week I make a payment it's a fight to get my code sent to me or they act like they forgot. Ive been stranded far from my home because they didn't send me my code and my car turned off and my payment was made. This hasn't been just a few time issue this has been happening each payment I've made for a year now. They are completely unprofessional, rude, have attitudes Everytime I call to remind them I didn't get my code.or they just don't answer the phone so I have to drive down to them to get some type of assistance. I have heard from multiple people who have financed through them that they have the same issue and it's making me regret doing business with them. They need to be investigated and put in there place. I just made a parent May 12, 2022 and it is now May 18th and I have yet to receive my code and they won't answer the phone for me so now my husband has to go down there to get my code. It's ridiculous already. Please help
