Littleton Automotive over charged me on installing my front drive shaft on my 2005 dodge ram 1500 in 07/10/2024.They charged $909.43 to reapair it, but they installed the wrong part, on ****** for the part number comes up around $175, which they charged $652.37 for the ******* 02/18/2025 they installed a new one under warranty and charged me another $376.35 for the allegedly correct one. The shop that built the correct drive shaft stated that I needed a new rear shaft but Littleton Automative stated that I didnt need it.I took the 2005 dodge ram 1500 from their shop and to a different shop the next day, when they in fact installed the rear, much needed, driveshaft. As they were installing the rear drive shaft they stated that the front one which I invested over $1200 to repair, was too short. I could have taken it back to Littleton automotive, but I wanted to be done being overcharged, the shop that built the front and rear driveshaft told me to just stop by, they took the front driveshaft off, rebuilt it to the correct size and then reinstalled it for nothing saying they just want to treat people the way that they want to be treated. After having my truck in the Littleton Automotive shop for three weeks and paying over $1200 for the repair of the front driveshaft, it took another shop to make it right. I called Littleton automotive before I came to better business and asked them for a partial refund they said sure Ill have the owner call youThat was 3 weeks ago, so here we are

Just prior to July 27, 2024 I took my **** F350 truck in for service to this auto repair shop that I have used several times in the past 2 years. I thought I had an issue with the starter or battery and asked them to diagnose. They came back and told me it was an issue with my glow plugs and they needed to replace them. I asked them to go ahead with that repair. Over the course of the next several days my truck remained at their shop and they kept telling me that they could not "hook it up to the computer to flash the new glow plug control module". I finally told them I needed my truck, because it's the only vehicle I can use to haul horses and I needed it to get my daughter and horse to the county fair. They drove my truck, without my permission, to another shop 30 miles away on the day I told them I would be there to pick it up. When I got to the shop, my truck was missing. They finally came back from the other shop and still my truck wasn't fixed. I had to take my truck to the **** dealership where they told me Littleton used a faulty after market module and their fix - that I paid them $2516.65 for was worthless as the glow plugs and control module they installed didn't work, basically making my truck useless in the winter. The **** dealer had to do another repair of these same items and it cost me another $500.00. I wish to get my money back from Littleton Auto Repair. I've tried to contact them several times and they have ignored all my calls, voicemails and emails.

I left my mother's car for evaluation of repair in March of 2024. I was told that the ******* had issues and needed to be replaced. I was told the first resolution would be to replace the solenoid in the transmission and may bypass the ECM/PCU. After 2 months I was told it did not resolve the issue and they would have to replace the ECM/PCU (this part can not be replaced). 3 months after I was told this information, they stated it was no longer the ECM/PCU unit and that the car would be fixed with a new transmission. After waiting an additional 2 months, I was told they are still working on the vehicle. At that point I asked for them to discontinue attempting to fix the vehicle. I requested a call back from the owner *** about the troubles with fixing the car. I never received a callback and went to the shop after waiting and additional month. When I showed up, *** then told me the car was being test driven and fixed. I paid $1200 only for the car not to make it 5 blocks away from the shop. The car was never fixed. I then took the car to a different shop to confirm and was told this ECM/PCU can never be replaced being this computer can only be programmed during the initial installment. The part is no longer being manufactured. I was charged $1200 for service that costed $200. I was lied to from the beginning of service and taken advantage of by this business. When I requested a refund I was told the leave the shop.

We took a 2007n Dodge Ram Truck in for repairs on 5/7/23. The wrong pairs were put in the truck causing it not to operate properly. The repair shop said that they would order the correct parts. And that the truck was safe to drive. On 9/3/23 the trucks engine failed due to the fact the wrong parts were used. The check engine light was always on as well as the oil pressure light. So, the driver had no way of knowing the engine was failing until the motored ceased. I have reach out to the company several times. I sent a certified letter on March 2nd. no response. I'm am attaching the demand letter which has in more detail the chain of events with dates etc.

On 06/07/2023 my vehicle was towed to Littleton Auto repair LLC from my roadside assistance company and dropped for an inspection of the potential issues that were causing it not to run. I left an online submission with the information about what was going on with it and requested someone call me back to discuss the issues. I didn't receive a call the following business day they were open so I reached out. I received an answer of "we will get to it in a few days" a few days passed and hadn't heard anything, so I called again. I received the exact same response, except this time I was promoted for more information about what the issues were. I told them the vehicle would operate after sitting for hours but wouldn't operate if driven, turned off and then tried to restart within a couple hours. I replaced the battery and starter already on my own. I requested an estimate only because the vehicle isn't worth more than ***** and I made it very clear that I didn't want any work done to it until I received a quote estimate with the breakdown of charges and issues because I have a warranty on the engine that was put into the vehicle before I bought it back in March of 2022. I was assured they would email me an estimate first, I never heard back. I called a week later, now this is 06/18/2023, it's been almost 2 weeks since the vehicle was dropped with them. I called upset because I hadn't heard back and a mechanic by the name of **** apologized for his fellow mechanics lack of professionalism and communication. He said that he would diagnose it and get back to me but he believed it was a fuel pump issue, engine valve issue and that the brakes were really bad. He mentioned a large number and I said "the vehicle isn't worth that much and I don't want to do anything if it costs more than 2k. My dad said he would help but I will just sell it as is if it's too costly, it's only a **** Yukon and has no value" next thing I was sent a text that it's ready for pickup and I owe 6k.

I had a 930am appointment on Monday 03/06/23 for a diagnostic. Never even got to it Monday. Called tuesday around noon and was told it was in the bay and would call us in a few. Hours go by and we stop in. Now were told it hasnt even been looked at but should have some answers for us by noon Wednesday. We call around 3 Wednesday and are told they have an idea of a problem but will know for sure by noon Thursday. We hear nothing Thursday. Friday a bunch of phone tag and run around. End up saying we just want our car back and they charged us $144.96 to get our keys because they diagnosed a problem. I was scammed out of $144.96 and my car was out of commission for a week while they did absolutely nothing.

In September of 2017 the service advisor, *************************, told me that the bushings on my **** ****** Sienna were cracked and needed to be replaced. On September 15th 2017 I brought my in for the lower control arms to be replaced by Littleton Auto Repair. At that time ****** told me that there was a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor, invoice #****.In November of 2021 I brought the Sienna back to Littleton Auto Repair because the bushings on the lower control arms are broken. After inspecting the Sienna the service advisor said that the bushings are cracked and would be replaced under warranty. I brought the Sienna back the following week and the service manager ************************* said that the parts were not under warranty. He offered me a 50 percent discount on the parts and labor over the phone. When I came back to the shop to pick the vehicle up he said that he would cover the labor under warranty but not the parts and wrote me an offer on the receipt for the work that was performed in 2022, that has been uploaded. On the original receipt and on the Littleton Auto Repair website, it states that there is a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. I would like for the $1105.00 that I paid for the control arm cost of labor and material be refunded to me.
