      We placed an order with this company for 24 chairs and under-chair racks on 4/18/23 for $3,630.55. We wrote the check right away and they cashed it on 4/25/23. We received notification of our order shipping on 8/23/23. We only received the chairs and had to wait another 7 months to receive the chair racks, in March 2024. On 3/25/24, I emailed them to state that the racks did not fit the chairs properly and I wanted to return them. I didn't hear back until 4/8/24 to begin the return process. The items have been returned and we have yet so see our refund. Every time I call, I get a busy signal or a recording to leave a message. I have spoken with the owner who has ensured me the return is coming. One of the numerous times that I followed up, he stated our refund has not been received because we don't have a credit card on file. He said a check would be issued the next day, and we have yet to see the refund. This was on 7/17/24. They have done nothing to try to reconcile this.

      My business account number with ******************** is #*******. I have ordered from Church Partner numerous times in the past, have personally spoken with ***** about store items, and have never had any problems until now. I ordered two (2) cases of 7 day devotional insert candles case of 12, item #**-TS927 on Wednesday, January 17, ****, at 03:52:47 pm and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account the very next day on Thursday, January 18, ****, in the amount of $101.47. I have not received my order #******. Whenever I call, which is daily, you are greeted by different messages, there are several; example 1: Hello, you reached Church Partner after hours. If you like to leave a message, please press zero and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you. Have a Blessed Day You cannot leave any messages, due to the mailbox is full or you pressed 0, which is a wrong option, and you are disconnected. Also, I have sent an email on Sunday, January 27, ****, at 3:19 pm to Church Partner and to no avail have I received a response.

      I ordered some new hymn numerals for my church's hymn board. There was only one set of numbers and they were too large for my board. I cannot get in touch with the company. When you call you are endlessly looped through hold and you cannot leave any messages since the mailbox is full. I want to return these letters that I cannot use. No email is provided either. Order Number#******* Customer # *******.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this customer has experienced. We have been short staffed recently and have been answering many calls, thus calls have been routed to voicemail. We did not know that the line he was being directed to was full, but we will check that immediately. We will reach out to the customer to ensure he can return the hymn board numbers and either receive a refund or the correct sized boards.

      Ordered a book cart 8/23/21 we have not received it and no response to phone calls and no email is offered. All calls go to voicemail to leave messages no reply. Order # ****** system number ******.

      We apologize for the lack of service you experienced as outlined in your complaint. There are no excuses for this and we will not pretend to make any up. We did not receive your voice messages and we expect it is due to the change of phone services at our offices. We believe we have the problem resolved so that this will not occur again in the future. Your order was shipped on Sept. 7 and we are tracking it to find out why it was not delivered to you. We are sincerely sorry that you experienced this lack of communication on your part and we are working hard to not have this happen again. Thank you for your comments.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      Church Partners finally contacted me and we received a credit for the merchandise that was not delivered.
