      I had an authorized return code of PO#161803 for item #CB-NO910 Basilica Stand Sanctuary Bells- $175.95. The item was received back to company on 18 March, 2024. The Charge for $175.95 appeared on my CC statement on 6 March, 24. Church Partner promised a credit for said amount but we never got it. Now- no one answers phones and customer service links do not work!

      I placed an order with churchpartner.com when I went to check the status of my order, I noticed that the phone numbers displayed are disconnected. I went into the BBB website and found that you had at least 2 other Church Partner groups listed also located in CO. Your website said they were out of buisness. Now I don't know how you keep track of these fraudulent websites but it seems tome they just keep shutting down and reopening new websites with different phone numbers. Just incase this one disappears here is info they posted on the website. Are you members of the Better Business Bureau?       2items were ordered 8/19/2024 and order acknowledged per email. Items have not been received. Phone response is busy whether 800 number or local. No acknowledgment of shipping and no way to contact them but phone. Credit card was charged for order.

      Purchase of church chairs for $11,320.48, 4/12/24. No delivery as of this date. Cannot contact company as it was purchased through pastor. I am the treasurer trying to trace activity and if not able to fill order a refund immediately. Order #582097241, purchase by mastercard @3:04 on 4/12/24.

      On March 4th, i ordered two candelabras from Church partners. They charged me 1,753. This money was taken from our account. I have had no notices, emails or update regarding this product, and i have not been able to contact them because all numbers listed beep as soon as they are dialed. We are a church needing these items and must have the items.

      We purchased card holders for the back of chairs on May 2, 2024. Our credit card payment was accepted immediately. In June I spoke with Neal at Church Partners and he said the order was still in transit and he was unable to locate where it was. I spoke with him again in July and he said they will be delivered. I tried calling again and emailing but their line was continually busy and did not respond to my email. On August 14th I received an email from Church Partners that they were closing their business and ceasing operations and would not be able to fulfill our order (which I had been told, was in route). They stated that they would be working to provide a refund, but it may take a while. As of today, August 29, 2024, we have yet to receive our refund and the website is still operational and took an order. Below is a direct quote I cut/pasted from their email to me: Stephen, It is with profound sadness and regret that we must announce that ChurchPartner, effective immediately, is closing its doors and ceasing operations. Despite our best efforts, we can no longer sustain our business under the heavy weight of debt incurred during the COVID-19 years and we must permanently close our doors. Additionally, some expected funding that we were anticipating has fallen through putting us in an upside position. We realize that you have a prepaid, unfilled order with us. It pains us greatly that we cannot fill your order. With our limited resources we have to delay issuing refunds at this time, but are working at liquidating our inventory so that we can refund orders. Also, as we receive funds from our Net 30 customers and other sources of revenue, we will issue credits. This process can take some time, but we are working towards crediting back your purchase. Please be patient with us as we work towards that end. So far, what Church Partners has told us, has not been accurate. I will update this complaint when I received any update from Church Partners.

      $11,320.48 Was spent and taken from our church account on 4/12/24 at 3:04 PM. User namer Katiewebb put in the order. Originally the payment would not go through due to fraudulent charges. Now their phone number no longer works. I called and spoke to somebody who promised to call back but never did. The website says to contact a guy named Neil who I have several times and he’s refuses to talk to us claiming he isn’t working. We ordered 100 brand new chairs the money was taken and we have yet to receive a shipping number for receive the product. We are way past the promised shipping date. It seems as if they have stolen the money and do not intend to ship the order.

      Order was made and payment taken in June of 2024. There has been no follow-up, no shipment of goods, and no reply from ChurchPartner related to order status, shipping or request for refund.

      Order #161863 for $181.25 paid with Discover. Ordered 5/16/24 I've tried calling several times and even reached out to Cathedral Candle who sent a private message to this company under ChurchPartner.com. online now says "still having phone difficulties and email [email protected]. So disgusted as our church has been in need of this for months even before the order.
