            On approx 1/18/22 I hired Express to refinish a floor for a loft that I bought. Its use is for a Childrens theatre singing dancing acting. We paid 500 extra for high traffic finish. The floor is used 16 hours a week total ***** students. The finish failed within the first 2 months. The company came out and looked at it and could not believe it was several months since they had done it They offered me a 50% refund which is fine but then they stopped communicating.

            I gotta say, I recently worked with Express Hardwood & Flooring for a flooring job in my home, and it was an absolute blast! They really knocked it out of the park with their customer service, showroom, tear out, installation, and clean-up.From the get-go, these folks were super friendly and helpful. They walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and let me pick the perfect engineered flooring in their cool showroom.When it came to ripping out the old stuff, they were total pros. They showed up on time, got the job done without causing a ruckus, and left no mess behind. The installation team was like a well-oiled machine. They arrived punctually, and man, they knew their stuff. My new flooring looks flawless every single plank is just right. They even paid attention to the tiny details, and it shows.But it wasn't just about the quality of their work; these folks were genuinely nice. Politeness all around! It made the whole process a breeze.I was bracing myself for some post-installation mess, but they left no trace except for my beautiful new flooring.I can't recommend Express Hardwood & Flooring enough. They're professional, friendly, and the real deal.Thanks, Express Hardwood & Flooring, for giving my home a fantastic makeover!
