    They sold my mortgage to another servicer who charged us an additional $419.33 on our first payment. If they are withholding our escrow to cause an increase, that needs to be sent to the new servicer. If there was a mistake in paperwork, that needs to be corrected ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I submitted 11/2022 via fax and/or email modification application, 2 payroll stubs, bank statement info, *** payment amount confirmation. I received confirmatuon in Dec/2022 they received all documents and would be reviewed. Told me to expect notification in the mail with agreement details early in Jan./ 2023. I waited and when heard nothing called custoner service to inquire. **** sent me letter couldnt read *** info sent. I did not receive that notice in mail, no email or phone call. All of which lender has. I resent the *** information again via email, same way as instrycted to do so last time. I followed up asked specifically what status is? Told me nothing else needed, was being reviewed. I then get a letter dated 3/9/23 saying pay past due of 24, ****** by 5/1/23. I called asked about what was happening now. Told me to submit request for modification AGAIN in portal. I did reluctantly since still waiting on November appkication! Today when called, asked to to verify my address and preferred payment method. I had spoke to them gave exact information already. BUT TODAY TOLD ME UNDERWRITING REQUIRING ALL NEW APPLICATION, BANK STATEMENTS, PAYROLL INFO, *** FEE INFO.! Why I asked, you've had since 11/2022? Why all new info? What happened to original application, info sent? Tried to say not received in time, but I have letter from 12/2022 saying application, requirements completed and bein reviewed. I do not understand how this company can be do unprofessional. I can't win, and only recourse is to pay them or refi to get new lender. Thank you, *******************************

    My mortgage was transferred to Right path servicing in June I was to make a payment in July of $ ****** my monthly payment. I made a payment on June 23, 2022 for $500.00 and another payment of $200.00 on July 6, 2022 and they put the $500 on my principal and I told them that was. It correct the refuse to move it and now telling me I am behind. Have contacted them on numerous occasions and they refuse to move the money to the rightful place.
