  Met TNT Construction Company business owner along with HOA officers to review exterior building work and agree on a forward plan. While on location business owner provided HOA officers direction on required building maintenance, addressed materials of construction, and proper industry practices to prevent water intrusion leading to exterior damage and wood ****** a result of that onsite meeting, business owner was contracted separately by HOA for building maintenance and by condominium owner for deck maintenance.Deck maintenance was carried out but shortcomings noted were remaining wood rot and non-replacement of compromised (through penetrations) metal ***************** owner was contacted via text message and provided photos depicting deck wood rot and deck damaged flashing. After 120 days and another follow up reminder, business owner again appeared on location but took no responsibility for completing work in a professional manner. Business owner took no interest in personally reviewing stated deck issues. Rather than taking ownership or responsibility, business owner stated that condominium owner was too demanding and unreasonable. Business owner further stated that condominium should find another contractor to complete work Due to lack of owner's professionalism and the fact that quality and workmanship were lacking, this review is submitted.

  We had a horrific experience with *** and *** company. We contracted them for a basement remodel, and every aspect of the work was shotty - from the newly created walls not being even, electric not to code, flooring issues, ordering custom cabinets without our knowledge, broke our exterior door, refusing to answer billing questions, and the paint not being the same sheen. We paid them $20K - and had to re-do ALL THE WORK . There was not a single aspect that we could salvage. We tried to work with them to remediate the issues directly with the (now fired) contractor, then thru the company owner *** ****** himself -- and they are unresponsive. We called the district to complain - which they looked up the company - and did not register their insurance with the county at the time of us doing business with them. So yes- $20K for them - but we paid much more than that to repair everything. Now - we are left to take them to court bc they refuse to do the right thing even after taking a tour of the damages - and on camera admitted all the mistakes. I would love to upload our documentation so others do not have to go thru the same pain as we have. Please avoid this company.

  Our ********* of Directors brought to our attention a problem our Bluffs at ********* community is having with TNT Construction about the wood fence replacement project bordering the Bow Mar community.The contractor, TNT Construction Services, P.O. ******************************, DID NOT complete the project as agreed to in the signed contract.The owner and project manager have refused to remedy the deficiencies to include the materials used as specifically outlined in the signed and agreed to *********** is because of their reluctance to proceed amicably, that the Bluffs at ********* Board of Directors has suggested that each homeowner in the Bluffs at ********* community email the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to file a complaint against TNT Construction Services specific to homeowners and General Contractors.
