ABC-123 Exchange: Sometimes it’s hard to pick out a product on-line. We get it. The item you choose might be the wrong thing or the model may not be the right one for you. No Problem. We’ll take care of the whole thing for you with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days and we’ll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Then we’ll send you the new one and pick up the old one at no charge. While we are at it we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label right to you.
Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
