I paid for this service for a year and a half, thats 18 monthly payments to this company who did zip for my credit. They could not get any of the illegally purchased debt from debt collectors cleared even though the original debts are not owed to the debt collectors and many of the original debts are more than 7 years old. They seem to help some people but I guess not me. Just wish I could get a refund of all the money I paid them since I had no positive impact from the program. I recently cancelled due to financial strain. Good credit will remain out of reach for me.United Credit Advisors LLC

*******, we are sorry to hear you feel this way regarding our services. To clarify, there are no guarantees in this industry and there were several variables out of our control that hindered your progress. First and foremost, you have over 60 negative accounts on your ********************** report across all 3 bureaus. Just as this takes time to accumulate, it does take time to remove. Additionally, an important component of our program while we are working is the positive credit aspect. These are the variables within your control that we cannot do for you but we do advise and coach you on, to maximize positive points and accelerate your progress in the program while we work to remove the negative items. Each month, you have had new inquiries, new accounts added and several maxed out credit cards. We had successfully removed several late payments but with the new added items and point deductions from the maxed out credit cards, this mitigated the positive point increases of our work. Lastly, your credit report demonstrates you were disputing items on your end while we were working. We strongly advise against this as it does NOT work and it directly impacts our investigations with the bureaus. When you dispute an item, it adds dispute verbiage to the tradeline which is major issue in the mortgage underwriting process. It also resets the statute of limitations which can allow the negative item to report for an additional 7 years, as well as deducts points as it resets the date of last activity making it look recent. That being said, you had reset the statute of limitations for each of these accounts you had disputed yourself. That is why the old accounts you are referring to, did not get removed as hoped. Since we do NOT dispute negative items in our process, this was a variable out of our control that really hindered your progress. Our process is a complex investigation process where we are looking for ways to put these creditors and bureaus in violation of the laws in place to protect you so our process would not reset the statute of limitations or put dispute verbiage on a credit report.
As you can see, there is nothing we can do to hurt your scores or hinder your progress, we can only help. We worked extremely hard on your account and we pride ourselves in our process and positive impact on our clients credit reports and scores. We wish you the best and again, were sorry you felt the need to leave such a poor review without the full understanding of why your scores did not improve.Review fromDonna K

United Credit Advisors is nothing more than a scam to get your money. Lackluster results and a reason for them to **** the blood out of your bank account. I asked them to pause my billing cycle and they continued to withdrawal funds without authorization. After I sent two emails, they continued billing. Over this period, my score barely increased. *************************** talks nice over the phone but is nothing more than a paid scam artist.United Credit Advisors LLC

****, we are sorry to hear you feel this way and see that you still have not deleted your poor review after you had agreed to do so after we had rectified the situation. To be clear, your account had a past due balance with us from August all the way to November. As a courtesy, we had pushed your billing date out because you stated you were facing financial difficulties. Since we do bill in arrears for services rendered the month prior, this was a bill owed to UCA for work completed July 2023. When your payment had processed November, that was a bill owed from then. Per client agreement policy and per the emails with *******, you are to call into the office if you had wanted to cancel your account. You had requested a temporary pause, which we had agreed to. When your account became active again, you were charged the bill that was owed. From there, you still had not called to cancel your account and we proceeded with work per usual. When you had called upset about the payments we had processed, we explained this to you and reforwarded the email chains to help you understand. AS A COURTESY, I approved a refund of not only one, but TWO charges to alleviate your frustrations and you still have the audacity to leave such a review. Your comment about lackluster results is insulting when your account has been paused for over 6 months. Of course there were no results in that time, you owed UCA money and work stopped. Best of luck and we will not be allowing your return to our program.Review fromShirley C

UCA advisors were friendly on the phone and email, I'll give them that - but they suggested that we would have a FREE membership moving forward after a period of intensive credit resolution work.Much to our surprise, they continued to **** us $99 each month without any warning or check in after we asked to cancel - they suggested it was a miscommunication, but I assure you the emails were clear. We only caught after 4 months, and they responded that they assumed we only wanted to cancel one part of their work, not the ongoing membership. That ongoing membership, which their email had suggested wouldn't have a fee.Be careful what you are signing up for, people.United Credit Advisors LLC

Thank you for your email ********. I wanted to step in here to hopefully help alleviate this miscommunication. We pride ourselves in constant communication and honesty with all of our clients and affiliates and we have worked with them for many years (8 years in the industry and 2 with UCA).To threaten to slander our reputation and follow up with a negative review seems a bit unnecessary all things considered. If you read through the email chain below from start to finish, it clearly stated the Credit Check Total site is a third party site that is used to confirm deletions and updated scores. Ursina had signed up for that herself with our direction as part of the process. We do this with all of our clients and we have yet to have any other client have this same misunderstanding. You had spoken to ******* 11/10/21 to enroll Ursina, at that time she had outlined the program, the billing schedule and you had also provided your payment information for the $30 enrollment fee and the $99 monthly fees thereafter. This was also outlined in the Welcome email sent right after the call and in the Client Agreement that was signed upon enrollment. From there, ******* had also spoken to Ursina for her positive credit analysis which is the second component of our program. To re-iterate our program, part one is working to remove the negative items from the credit report and the second component is the positive credit coaching. From there, we had sent update emails on 12/28, 02/07, 03/24, and 05/12. From there, we had received the first request to cancel on 06/30 which states Hi credit advisors. We intended to stop this service months ago - are we still paying a subscription? How can we end the service ? Thank *** and UrsinaThis is the first cancellation request we had received as all communications are documented and time stamped. Per the client agreement and cancellation policy outlined in the client agreement, all cancellations need to be completed via phone to review any final billing and cancellation confirmation. Stating you had intended to cancel demonstrated that, in fact, had not done so yet. We have communicated this instance to **** as well so all parties are kept in the loop as we do with all of our affiliates. We had attached the agreement to previous email for you to review. To clarify, we only charge the $30 enrollment and the $99 monthly, The Credit Check Total account is a third party software that is recommended but not required for our program and is a completely separate entity. The email chain below clearly states that Ursina requested is SHE should cancel that after the 7 day trial, there is no mention of cancelling out of our program. I hope this can help clear this up. Slandering us for one of our core values of exceptional communication is something to be resolved and addressed properly. Thank you,
