    **** Widhalm, (the owner) is unprofessional, rude and very quick to snap. He talks over you and talks down to you. I traded in a vehicle as well as a decent amount of money down on a used truck. In a few weeks of purchasing I had already driven past the ***** mile warranty they offer upon purchasing due to my business involving a lot of driving and the water pump goes out, spitting coolant at a fast rate. I called to see what they could offer and they indeed offered to replace the pump at a reasonable cost. When I contacted **** to let them know roadside assistance wasnt covered and me being 37 miles away, Id possibly be driving the truck to them, keeping an eye on the coolant. I should have recorded the phone call for he was absolutely demeaning, considering me like a child if I were to drive the truck there. I kept my cool explaining to him that I have no anger, aggression nor am I upset as his aggression rose using vulgar language, which ultimately led to him telling me to f*** off and find somewhere else to fix it following by him hanging up on me. I HIGHLY recommend nobody do business with this company AT ALL. ****** and ****** are sale associates that helped me through the purchasing process and they are great guys and I appreciate their customer service and courtesy. Unfortunately I can only say the complete opposite for their boss.

    I work at AAC warranty as a claims adjuster, we have filed many mechanical breakdown claims for Red's. We are always able to come together and take care of our mutual customer. Red's has fair parts and labor prices and that needed no negotiation. They are quick with every document I need to get repairs funded. We are easily able to get the customer back on the road. THANKS! My great experiences with Red's does not stop there! I bought a Lexus from Mike W. It was a low pressure buying experience. We explored the best options for my credit situation and they let me use my outside financing source. Ultimately I left happy with my purchase. I would recommend Reds solely on their solid options for aftermarket warranties. After reading through the extended warranty that I bought on my vehicle I'm very happy with the coverage level. Thank you to Mike, Mike W, and Justin for staying late for me to make this happen on a Tuesday night after a long Labor Day weekend. The car is smooth and clean. THANKS! YOU THINK IM DONE? Well, I'm not. Last but not least id like to shout out Scott G. He is a skilled Automotive Technician and is a stand up guy who deserves recognition! Scott is very knowledgeable with almost any vehicle. Scott provides A+ Service no matter what he is working on. I can have my vehicle serviced here with confidence that it will be done correctly the first time. Even better, I can recommend this place to my mutual customers knowing that this team will take care of folks.
