    ?? Will not take returns. I've bought so many items from them over the years. Recently I bought three dresses for my girls and asked to return one within the time frame of 30 days and still denied and won't return. I am charging back with my cc. Dedicated customer LOST.

    Fraud. Ordered 4 dresses. Made sure not to order ones that were listed as non-refundable because this was my first time using the company. When they arrived I didnt like any of them. Very cheap and from *****. I went on the website to start a return and the website is conveniently down. When you email the hey do not reply. Will be reporting to my bank as fraud if I dont hear back asap on how to process the refund.

    ******** customer service! I ordered a dress at full price but used a coupon code promoted on their site to get $11 off. After arriving the dress was too small. When I tried to return, they refused and said that they will not refund when coupon codes are used and would only issue me store credit. That policy is buried in the fine print on their site and its so distasteful to offer promo codes prominently on the site, knowing you will not give customers their money back! Very shady and unethical. In my case, they don't even offer a larger size so a size change doesnt even help me. Refund people's money!

    I love the products Joyfolie is creating! Their products are well made, unique, true to size, and shipped timely. I have purchased/worn almost every type of item they sell (tops, dresses, shoes, hats, etc.) All are wonderful, ESPECIALLY the bridal line such a stunning set of unique dresses that will keep you looking stunning and comfortable on your important day!

    Joyfully is my go to for special occasion dresses. Every fall my family does a photo shoot for our Christmas card and every year I pick a joyful dress. Quality and service are always great.

    They offer you a first time user discount code but neglect to tell you that then you lose your right to a refund - you can only get a store credit or exchange for buying at a discount! Cannot recommend as they are not clear about this when checking out. Nothing fit so I am now having to sell secondhand to get my money back. Terrible customer service.

    The worse. Please please do not buy from them. The material they use and the quality of the product is the worse! They make you pay for the return, and no guarantee they will refund you the money.

    **************** is awful, quality is extremely inconsistent. Your order might get delayed for an unspecified length of time with no explanation or warning. Nothing is returnable so good luck of your item arrives damaged. They don't make exceptions even when they are at fault. Scummy

    Crappy return policy. I ordered 4 dresses, all HUGE. When I went to return them within 7 days it took at least a week for someone to give me a return authorization. When they finally did it was only for 2 of the 4 dresses. They gave me a credit for the other 2 dresses, less than what I paid for them, their reasoning is that I had a one-time discount code therefore I wasn't qualified for a refund. Again- crap!!! The other problem is, their website ***** and is super slow to use, so it is hard to tolerate. Honestly, I just wanted my money back since none of the dresses were worn, only tried on and well that would be a good return policy. The dresses were all really cheap material and smelled of plastic. I wouldn't be mad but I did deserve a full refund and I will not shop here again after having to use my "credit". Way better choices to make than Joyfolie when shopping.

    This lovely company cares about their company and their clients. We purchased a dress for our daughter to wear at our wedding. We purchased the Lyra dress. She looked like a princess with the layered lace and brilliant marigold color. This dress was comfortable and draped so well on her. It was well made and lasted through the night without any issues. Joyfolie has a lovely story and we all love a beautiful story. We highly recommend them and will continue to purchase in the future.
