      If I could give negative stars, I would. NOBODY at Major Medical/AdaptHealth knows what they are doing, or how to work their systems. I have gotten shipping invoices with the following-Date Ordered:12/10/24 Date Shipped:12/09/24 I have received wrong supplies, they NEVER bill my secondary insurance. When you try to call, you're put on hold and left there. They are PATHETIC. I realize **** supplies are a wasteland of customer service issues, but this has got to be the worst, right?

      The absolute worst company ever (Major Medical/ *********** Save every receipt and document from the insurance company because they'll overbill you and overcharge at their leisure. Don't allow them to put you on auto-pay because they refuse to take you off once it's set up. Their instant reorder is also ridiculous as you can't see what exactly you are ordering, and of course, it's a no-reply email; should you question it or attempt to cancel, your efforts are futile.

      They email and call even after you tell them you have enough replacement parts for the next six months. Their constant phone calls and emails border on harassment.

      Husband and I needed CPAP supplies, primary doctor sent referral to this company who are believed to be in the medical supply business. Several calls made to them and was given another number to call for supplies from them, I was told to wait to be called from them for CPAP supplies. No call was ever received. It has been two months.
