      We ordered a new gas jeep rubicon with **** and **** at PCDJR. They took a deposit from **, got the jeep in, and we traded our car for the new jeep. We noticed immediately that the check engine light was on, and the vehicle wouldn't shift. We took the jeep back immediately and **** stated there were no mechanics available to look at the issues, and we'd have to wait until tomorrow. We asked that our traded in car be returned, and our money be refunded. Keep in mind that this was an 80k jeep.It took ** a few days to get our trade money, and our title back. I've reached out to Gabe several times regarding our $1000 deposit that was said to be placed in the mail 3 weeks ago, and now we are being ghosted after being reassured that it was on its way several times.Looks like we'll have to get an attorney involved! I would not purchase anything from this dealer as they haven't been fair in returning our money on issues that were clearly their fault. It's sad the lack of care and customer support on an 80k vehicle!!!

      We were able to speak with ******* on ***** and needed some information from her to process her refund.  We never intended to keep the clients deposit but did not communicate with her effectively.  Check was mailed on ***** to client.

      They sold a car with lies july22 ***** A/C not working sales man. Said it just needed a refill was guaranteed this would be fix once I was done with all paperwork. They even pretended by taking the car to be fix .once out from dealership car still same condition salesman stated that mechanic shift had ended and to take it back to dealership and will be fix took it following Wednesday July 26th ,, its now 8/9/2023 no one follows up had send email text and calls even been there in person they keep pushing dates that it would be ready next day or two call and still same issue has been ongoing and no car .. not acceptable now I have a loan and no car

      **** and ******* purchased a 2018 F-150 on 7-22-23.  As part of finalizing the sale we agreed to repair an A/C system that was not functioning properly.  We brought the truck into our service department on **** for the repair.  Our service deparment was unable the diagnose the proper repair and we were advised to have a **** store help with the diagnostic.  We sent the truck over the very next day on    7-27.  They could not get the truck scheduled right away so we had to wait for a short period of time to get the truck looked at.  We communicated directly with the client and also had the advisor at the **** store communicating as well.  Unfortunately it did take about several days to receive a diagnostic and get the repair done.  The truck was completed today (8-10)  and is ready for customer pick up.  We took every step to help expedite the repair but did ultimately take longer than we had originally estimated.

      Worst experience in purchasing a vehicle in my life. After spending over $60,000, their customer service dropped off drastically. The sales associate said we would get the second key for the vehicle when we were initially looking at the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, a different sales associate delivered the vehicle and specifically said he would have ***** mail us the second key when you got back from lunch. (They later said they would follow up with previous owner and try and get the key.) They also did not do anything to help with the title process. Since we got out own financing, our credit union had to jump through hoops to get it done. I finally worked out with the sales manager for them to have a new key if I would pay $100 of it. I still cannot believe that they were willing to lose a customer for life for $100, but given my experience, I would never go back there.

      Their service department labor charges are way higher than what other dealerships charge. Shop around. Charged me 300 more than what other dealerships would charge. My bad but the car wasnt running and had to have it towed. By that time you are between a rock and hard place.

      They have unethical business practices. I have been searching for a new Jeep Rubicon and have contacted 15 or more dealers looking for one. All the dealers are selling the Jeeps they have in stock or on order for MSRP plus their dealer handling charge which averages around $650.00.I found the Perfect Jeep Rubicon at Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep *** in ********, ********, and called them to purchase it. The salesperson told me that they had the one I was looking for en route and also told me that was great as any Jeep Rubicons actually on their lot, they were adding a $2,500 upcharge because they were so hard to get but that would not apply to me as it wasn't on their lot yet. I was ready to put a deposit down to purchase and suddenly realized their internet price was inflated over MSRP alreay by $2,500. The salesperson ask me to hold and he would check on that. The sales manager, *************************** got on the line a few minuets later and told me that was the price regardless. I explained every other dealer only charged MSRP plus dealer cost. He said he'd come down on the price and only charge me $2,000 extra. I told him I wouldn't do business with someone who was taking advantage of the situation and that was unethical. He was very **** and just said "well good luck at finding one!"Two days later I did find another one. Actually slightly less than MSRP.
