    This business told me they take ********* I booked the appointment. When I showed up the said I had no insurance. I told them I booked the appointment Based on ******** acceptance. I then provided my ******** info. The woman processed my info and did not tell me at that time that ******** would not cover this. I had my appointment. At the end of the appointment the doctor told me ******** did not cover the appointment. He said ******** would charge me $350, he would give me a discount of $175. I told him to **** ********** Had they been honest and told me ******** did not cover it, I would have left and gone to America,s best for $75. They had 3 opportunities to tell me the truth and did not.This appointment should not cost me anything.

    The complainant was indeed seen for an appointment. It seems there was a miscommunication on the type of visit ******** will cover versus does not cover. It seems it was an error on our end for not adequately explaining this to the complainant prior to his appointment. ******** will cover an exam if there is a medical reason to be seen, however ******** will not cover a normal check up without a concern and to update glasses. We will not charge the complainant for the visit. No payment was collected at his exam so no refund is needed.
