            Purchased two vehicles on 2/17/24 at this dealership. Lexus GX460, no issues with this vehicle. ****** RAV4 is where we have the issues. Check engine light came on the very next day. Called the dealership on Monday and they were trying to sell me a warranty to take care of the issue. Having spent 11.5 years in law enforcement. 2007-2018, I know there is a difference between what you know and what you can prove. I cant prove the check engine light was cleared by this dealer but it came on the very next day. Read the code with my scanner and it was showing a code for an oxygen sensor in bank 2. Went to autozone and spent $115 receipt enclosed and had to pay my younger brother who is an ASE certified ****** and Lexus technician $50 to help me change the sensor. Same light and code came back on the next day. Then took it to mountain states ****** to have the ecu programmed and updated. Spent $100 for this. A day or two later check engine light came back on so this time we changed the air/fuel sensor in bank 1, which costed $175.99 plus tax and then another $50 for my younger brother. I am seeking reimbursement for this situation. Such a headache. Seeking $500 for parts and labor involved with this situation. Thanking you for your time and consideration.

            These are the most dishonest people you can buy a car from. I had a check engine light come on 40 miles after purchase. They replaced an 8 dollar part and said it was fixed and that everything was great and there was no leaks. Later that day I open the hood and see there is oil leaking from the top of the engine because a gasket was put on completely wrong. Light was back on 4 days later and it looks like cat converter issues. ****** ****, and **** are scumbags and thieves. Do not buy a car from these people they are running a scam.
