    The business was hired to replace a starter on my SUV. While they did replace the starter, they chose not to replace a faulty plastic wiring connector, and allowed me to take delivery of the vehicle anyway. That connecter failed within a day and a half, leaving me stranded 60 miles from home. I had to tow my vehicle at my expense. Over the coming days, I experienced dishonesty, lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and lack of accountablity at all levels. They now claim the engine on the SUV is "locked up," even though it was running fine, when it arrived at the business. They refuse to work on the engine, to repair/replace it, and told me to come and get it, to avoid storage fees. Witnesses have confirmed that the vehicle was running fine, the morning that it was delivered for the business to fix their previous fault/incomplete repair. A complete failure of accountability at all levels of the business.

    Wow Mikes is still honest and hardworking. the customer that said not to bring vehicle to **. well he came in we did a transmission service the filter was ***** list price, the fluid is 9.49 quart we charged him ***** so we so far have made ***** dollars on this ticket, the labor for changing out the trans filter is 2.2 hours which is ****** at the hourly rate. so we charged him ****** for the total of the job performed. the actual total should have been $437.21. so we thought at a discount of ******, that he would have been happy. if a savings of almost ****** dollars was not enough then ************ should definetly take his vehicle to somewhere that will charge him full price and a full mark up on parts. we try to make everyone happy with the cost of everything being so expensive, we try to give our customers a break whenever possible. Some people are just not aware of price of things i guess. so please trust that we are still honest and will not rip you off and we will keep your car running for a fair price, even today with crazy costs of everything.
