*** had many great purchasing experiences here. If you decide to buy a car from this store, ask for ****. He really knows his product.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. First, they were completely unresponsive when I tried to get clear answers. Then, the hidden fees were outrageous: $160 for nitrogen in the tires, $600 for VIN etching on the glass, and an exorbitant $800 for documentation feesnone of which were properly explained or *********** make matters worse, they initially quoted me $1,200 for shipping, but when the paperwork came, it was $1,800. The lack of transparency and shady practices here make it clear theyre not trustworthy. Avoid this place if you value honesty and fair treatment.

I went to this dealership ready to purchase a lightly used Santa Fe. Their website ****** that the dealer's fee of $799 is included in the advertised price of the vehicle. I was told there was a military discount - not true. After wasting couple hours of my time getting all the information to run my credit and for the supposed military discount, I was finally allowed to address the price. At that time, I was given a sheet of paper that itemized the costs. The advertised price of the vehicle was raised by $450, the $799 dealer fee was added, and they told me I had to pay $1600 for the clear coat that had been applied to the car. So an additional $2849 was added to the advertised price.I asked what the cash price would be and was told I would not be give any of the "discounts" for it being a used vehicle with 3000 miles on it. Essentially telling me that I would be expected to pay the price for a new vehicle if I paid cash. After wasting more time trying to get them to align with their own website and advertised price, I left without the car. I found out that they also ran an actual loan application with **** of America without my permission. We never agreed on a price, and I was never going to use their financing anyway as they could not get close to my credit union rate. I will never go to this dealership again, even for warranty service.

In mid-Sept 2023 they sold ** 2014 **** F-150, we thought in good faith, later found out it needs $9000 to get it up to par. Before learning that took the pickup to them just to fix an emergency brake problem, their "repair" made it much worse, will cost $5000 to fix. So $14,000 needed to fix all elsewhere. Now late Dec, still trying to resolve issues, and have no vehicle to drive. Pressured to take down critical review and post a nice review. Pressuring now to have us trade in the faulty pickup at a loss and buy something else. They are not owning up to bad sale and bad service. We still hope we can resolve all this in good faith, but so far they aren't doing right. Their escalating the dispute could cost them more than fixing the problem would. Don't get service from them, don't buy a vehicle from them. Do a ****** search and read the other critical reviews from bad experiences that are posted about them. The higher-*** and maybe regulators need to pay attention to what's going on at this dealership.

So many reasons I had an awful experience. 1. They lied about the price of the car I wanted to buy over the phone and made me come in person to get the "final" price 2. They wouldn't sell me the car unless I bought their "Colorado package" which means they put a piece of plastic on your bumper and a sticker on your window for $~2k. 3. They forced me to finance through their lender even though I wanted to pay cash. 4. They snuck in extra charges in the paperwork, such as $200 for putting nitrogen in the tires. I told them I didn't want nitrogen and they said that, "it wasn't their problem." 5. When the car arrived they didn't put nitrogen in the tires, and didn't finish installing the "Colorado package". Yet they tried to convince me it was already done. 6. They made us sign a contract that we'd leave them a 5 star review online lol.
