You bought a used car, they all have unknown issues, it's used. We told you from the time of purchase that we are here to help. You had a miss fire and couldn't bring it in, so we went to your house to repair it. You flipped out over $200.00 price for the roadside assistance, which we don't usually do. You posted negative reviews all over social media. We reached out to you to try and resolve your issues and you called me a "faggot" threatened me with a lawyer. We have a policy here at ***, if you are nice, we are nice. If you are rude and threatening, we won't deal with you. You are one of the most entitled arrogant customers I've ever dealt with. If you would like us to help you, you will need to apologize to my staff and I, and we will consider continuing to work with you.

I am rejecting this response because:

You're correct, you did come to my house to fix a part on my vehicle that should not have gone out within the first two weeks of having the car.

The entire interaction from 2/5 was recorded not only by me but by ******* as well, So please do not lie, You got in the car, verified the heat was blowing cold, Verified the Clutch sounds that I was complaining about and then decided to get in my face about a ****** review, THEN PROCEEDED TO THROW MY KEYS AT ME AND SAY " I Ain't fixing a thing", once that happened is when i threatened you with a lawyer,

You sold me a LEMON, YOU had no known problems listed on the sales sheet, When CLEARLY there are alot of problems, You stated that I only paid 500$ for the car, NO I paid a down payment of 1500, And then have to proceed to pay a SIMPLE interest loan, which you failed to mention "Compounds interest on the daily" as told to me from the bank itself.

All I want, Is a car that is actually worth the value that you are selling me this vehicle to, Either the clutch and the heat get fixed or we come to some sort of solution, But unfortunately YOU  sold me a lemon, I have every right to make sure that everyone knows, Why as for an honest ****** review if your going to treat your customers like c*** for it?

    Regards,

This is in response to a complaint from Tim on a Honda Pilot.

Tim, who is not the vehicle's owner, took his girlfriend's car one day after its purchase and wrecked it. He had neither a license nor insurance in his name. We aimed to offer our best assistance, so we connected them with our bodywork specialist and offered help with the repairs. The estimated cost for repairs, including bodywork, was $2400. We initiated the bodywork and repair process as they began making small payments. Once they had contributed $1200 towards the repairs, the bodywork was complete, and the parts ordered. Tim, a mechanic, offered to help with some repairs but unfortunately damaged the engine in the process. The next day, we found Tim and two others using illegal drugs in the vehicle at our dealership, leading us to decide that we could no longer work with them, having already provided considerable assistance and are still owed a balance of $1200 from them.

    Business Response

We regret that the customer is dissatisfied. Our understanding of their concerns has been challenging. Since we have not had further contact with the customer and have not received full payment, we cannot complete the repairs. We have attempted to accommodate payment arrangements, but unfortunately, the customer has not fulfilled these.

I bought a 2014 **** fromm cross country motors in Loveland,Co about two months ago and found out it was sold to me with a bad thermostat and a bad head gasket. When I took the vehicle in to them they put the blame on me and wants me to pay $2400 for the repairs even though they sold the vehicle to me with it already having major mechanical issues and they refuse to do anything about it. I have sent them emails stating that could not drive this vehicle and take the chance of causing more damage and have them put the blame one me which they are trying to do. Not the only person that hS had an issue with this car dealership and something needs to be done!

    In response to this complaint:

The customer called about a month after purchasing the vehicle, stated that the vehicles temp gauges were going up then going back down occasionally. We stated that we could schedule him in for an appointment to help figure out the issue. The customer said he couldn't drop the vehicle off due to needing it for work. The dealership does not offer a loaner vehicle. so he did not drop the vehicle off. we then got a call from the customer about a month later stating that he had taken the vehicle to a different shop and now the vehicle was in worse condition and was now needing bigger repairs then it initially may have needed. We stated that if he brought the vehicle to us we could check it out and see if there was anything we could do to help possibly make the repairs cheaper. He did not like the amount we stated. If the customer would have been able to bring it in sooner when the smaller issues were happening, these bigger repairs could have been avoided.

I am rejecting this response because: They knew of the issues the vehicle had before they sold it to me that's why they pushed for me to buy it when the sale guy ***** told me he would have their finance guy work on it to try and get me a better monthly payment before any papers were drawn up and he would get back to me and this was right before they were going to close for the day. I left and about an hour or so later ***** calls me and say we can get you in thi sign all the papers bow and when their finance guy gets in he would work on getting me a lower down payment. I didn't think about it then but now I know they just want the vehicle off their lot right away because of the issues it has and how could you get me a lower payment when tlall the papers were already signed. They knew it had problems and that's why they didn't get it in right away so they can say I caused the problems so I had to the it in to another place and that when I found out it had all these problems and even that shop says it was sold to me this way. Of course the owner of the dealership will have his in house mechanic say whatever they have to say to so they can get away with selling vehicle to people that have major issues and charge a lot of money for the repairs when it should have not even been on their lot to begin with.

In response to your rejection of our response:

First, we want to make it known that the vehicle had passed through the Colorado inspection, and we were not aware of the issues the customer was experiencing before he purchased the vehicle. Second we want to make it clear that we do not believe that the customer caused the issues he was experiencing, but by not bringing the vehicle in when the issues started to occur and we were wanting them to bring the vehicle in and they failed to do so causing the issues to get worse. We always let our customers know that we are here to help the best we can, but if they do not bring the vehicle in when an issue arises then there is nothing we can do. Again, we believe that a lot of this could have been avoided if the vehicle had been brought in when the issue first started happening.

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to get the **** in to them earlier before the 15th which was the appointment they set and I have emails proving so saying that I did want them saying I caused the problems. They will say whatever they have to to not take any responsibility and yes they knew of they issues that's why they were in such a hurry to sell it to me. The sales go stated to me we can sign the papers now and their finance guy can still work the numbers to get me a lower monthly payment when all papers were already signed which I know now wasn't true and you can't change the numbers when papers are already signed. He even stayed far after they closed th sell the vehicle. Told me the oil was changed when it wasn't still waiting for my spare tire. Everything they do and how they do it is wrong and I have seen other people with the same kind of complaints. I asked ***** several times before papers were signed about a warranty because I didn't want to buy the vehicle and a couple months later have issues with it and he told me if you have issues with it we will make it right. This dealership really needs to be shut down and investigated. Everyone is starting to know they sell nothing but junk broken down vehicles that look nice

This was purchased back in September of 2021 I only had the car for around 4 months then it started having issues with starting and then it stopped going in reverse. I had to pay for it to he towed back to the dealership they have had it for over 3 months now and have given an new excuse everytime I call to get an idea of when i can get my car back. They have made no attempt to communicate with me on what is going on. All I need is for them to buy this trash car back so I can get one that I can rely on. Been paying for a vehicle I dont even have. No reason for all these problems to accrue just a couple of months after purchase.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/24/2022

We have reached out and have been able to get in contact with the customer.

We have apologized for the lack of communication from some of the staff and have agreed to pay for the labor for the required repairs on the vehicle. The customer stated they would look for the part we need to get the vehicle back into his hands. We have expressed that we want to keep an open line of communication with him so we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible for him. This matter should hopefully be resolved soon.
