    I ordered $153.67 worth of food from this local vendor. He kept giving me excuses in regards to my delivery of my order. He told me on two different occasions to have my cooler out and he would be doing overnight deliveries in my area. Went out the next morning and nothing delivered. Next mess is he would be back through between 4 and 6 that evening and again never showed up, and would no longer respond to me. Later he posted a video on Facebook saying he was shutting down deliveries and would make it right for his customers. I gave him a bit to get settled after his travels and asked for a refund. Would not reply. I reached out again today 4/4/23 and told him I need my money back today and all he would have had to do is communicate an he would have saved a customer. He replied I will have another customer basically to replace me. When I replied it's apparent he doesn't care. He replied well you have just gone to the bottom of the list. This individual is a bully and has zero professionalism, and reading his reviews he does this often. I just need my money back as at the moment I have a $153.67 credit card bill that is due this month taken by his company, but he didn't deliver his goods as promised. If possible I will try to attach all of our correspondence and my receipts. Thank you for your time
