  I think this business may have closed and didnt notify any patients that they were closing. Isnt there some sort of responsibility that medical office has to refer people to another provider? Weve Left multiple messages and no one ever returned our call. Very disappointing I think they are part of dental work so Ill make a complaint about dental works as well.

  Hello ***********************, I first, would like to apologize on behalf of Jackson Creek Dental Care for your concern. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer have a doctor in the practice, and we are working diligently to hire a new doctor. To ensure the needs of our patients are met during this period of a doctor's ******** we are open and taking calls from patients. In the event there are immediate dental concerns or routine checkups due, I am scheduling/referring patients to our sister practices. We spoke regarding this matter early afternoon 6/3/2022 and unfortunately you declined getting scheduled at our sister practices at the time. I also informed yourself, I had spoken with ***** as well, and per his request I provided the options of our two sister practices for him to review and select where be most convenient for him to been seen at.   This review is not on the dentist himself or herself, but on the Jackson Creek Dental Care office manger and office team.For almost three years, my wife used Jackson Creek Dental. I have never used them,nor have I ever been inside their office. I am the insurance provider for my family, and therefore Jackson Creek Dental has my contact information. During one of my wifes visit, the employee at the front desk listed me as the patient being treated. When the **** hit our insurance, it was denied because I was seeing another dentist. When the payment was denied, we informed Jackson Creek Dental of their mistake on who the patient was. Instead of making the correction in their system, Jackson Creek Dental sent the **** to collection agency, which will also be reflected on my credit report. This has been going on for roughly seven months, with monthly collection letters and phone calls to the Jackson Creek Dental office manger. Nothing as been resolved or corrected. I would not recommend using this place unless youre willing to deal with incompetence.
