    Transaction date - 4/12/24 Amount paid - $149.97 **** tracking number ****************************** Arrived back at sender on 4/24/24 **** service request case number ******** I purchased 3 jars of shilajit resin. It is a health supplement. The promotion was buy 3 and get 2 free and the advertising was seen on the website. The dispute that I have is that I did not provide my unit number when making the transaction, so the product was returned to the sender. I have reached out to ****, and they confirmed that they returned the product to the sender. I have sent many emails to the customer support address and I have not received any emails acknowledging my issue. According to their official policy they do not refund based on a shipping error. But, the order was returned to them as verified by ****, and they won't answer my emails to even help me resolve the issue. They must be responding to emails at the customer support address because they have a subscription service, and they have a 30 day money back guarantee for a first time buyer. It would be very unusual if no one else is being responded to, and it would be unusual if no one else has had any kind of issue they need help resolving. But I am having an issue, and I am the one who made a mistake according to their policy, and I am being ignored.

    The email from the customer was incorrectly categorized by our automated support email system, and the ticket was closed before reaching out customer support team. Customer reached out again a few days later, and the situation was promptly resolved by our support, and the customer was re-shipped his items when he provided the correct shipping address. As of 5/3/2024, the items are out for delivery according to **** tracking number 420850249334610570803141574872, associated with the customer's order. This situation has been resolved.
