            I went to this dentist for a routine preventative cleaning with the understanding that I would only need to pay the ** pay. They did the cleaning and I paid the ** pay at the office when it was **mplete. Several months later I received a bill asking for the ** pay that I paid again. I called them on 2-10-23 and explained to them that I already paid the ** pay at the office when the cleaning was **mplete. The person that answered stated that I only paid the ** pay for one procedure but they did numerous procedures. I explained to them that I was only there for one procedure (cleaning) and nobody there told me that there would be other procedures that would **st more money. They told me that they were going to send me to **llections if I did not pay the ** pay again. Whoever is doing the medical billing is just trying to rip patients off and take more money.

            Extremely incompetent team and unprofessional dentist office! I scheduled an appointment for a checkup/cleaning and when I showed up, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me. I then rescheduled with them in person and when I returned, I was told the exact same thing-that there was no appointment scheduled for me in the system. Then I was told I wasnt eligible for a cleaning anyway because it hadnt been exactly 6 months since my last appointment. I received no apology for the same mistake they made twice. The card I was given clearly states my appointment was today and yet there was no appointment for me in their system. Very unprofessional and for this to happen to me twice is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist location!

            Were so sorry to hear this happened to you. We have spoken with the 4 front staff members who were either directly or indirectly involved with this and given them appropriate re-training. Thank you for your feedback. You should be receiving a phone call from an owner to ensure you feel the matter is settled.
