    ****, owner, is amazing to work with. As a designer I work with vast scores of people but **** was attentive, listened, helped me with any questions and was just a breeze through the whole process. His gaming units are beautiful but more importantly are CRAZY fun! Nostalgia at its finest but the home's teenagers will love it too. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong working with this company.

    We love our game system! **** and the *** team provided outstanding customer service, delivered the advertised product, and were highly responsive and accommodating. Looking at ****** other reviews, it is a shame that some individuals believe that social media bombing is an appropriate response to self-inflicted problems but I highly recommend GRT and their products. **** is as good as it gets -- he answered multiple rounds of questions, performed an in-house site survey, delivered and set up the system, and checked in on our system after 24 hours. Couldn't ask for more.

    We bought the side by side machine and it worked for the first 3 months, then it started falling apart. The owner said it was warranted and he would come out and fix it, but he always came up with an excuse why he couldn't. Now we are stuck with a machine we paid thousands for and we can't use it. DO NOT BUY FROM *************************!

    Wow...I didn't know this review existed until I read another one someone directed me to on this site. I will keep this very short. The game wasn't even under warranty any more (so, they had it far longer than the time she implied). They moved to another city and the game broke. Because they actually moved closer to our shop, I was going to fix it for free as long as they paid us for the part, which she agreed to do (a hard drive...we don't use those anymore). On the morning of the repair, I called and asked for their new address. It was then I was told she would not be home, but her kids would be. We have a very strict policy that we will NOT go into a home with underage children unless a parent is home as well. She was very, very angry that I wanted to change the repair date to another time when she would be home. I still have the original texts going back and forth and would be happy to send them to anyone that is hesitant to buy from us over this review. Very unfair "review." I hope most parents would understand this policy.
