    January 2nd to January 19th Dropped the truck off and told the front office that the 4wd was not working correctly (sliding when hitting ice-pulling the truck to the side-noise when driving/stopping-burning smell-would not release back to 2wd)That afternoon I get a call saying that its the front driveshaft (cv joint) thermostat-valve cover gaskets-plus an oil change-$1700 Later on that afternoon someone (not the mechanic) calls and says that theyve never seen this before but the cv joint wont fit, but for an extra $500 they will replace the front driveshaft-if not they have to order another part which will be 5 to 7 days and might not fix the issue at all.I said so this will fix the issue-he says yes, 100% this will fix the issue."I explain that it's an old truck and Im now double what I wanted to spend on it, but since you know whats wrong and its 100% go ahead-$2178 Pick up the truck-driving home-truck still isnt fixed-look at the receipt and shows the drive belt, air filter, and oil change wasnt done.Monday -I call and tell them its not fixed-someone (not the mechanic) calls me and I ask him if he drove it-he says no-I ask him why the other things werent done-he says "my bad bring it back in.I drop it back off-they call me and tell me that it's probably the fork-itll be $560 to look around in there -I say i didnt hear anything about fixing it-he says ya, we can do that for around 1k moreI said no-this is getting ridiculous. Tech calls me back and says let me take a look and see if its the fork.Friday they call and say its fixed-i go to pick it up and ask if they drove it, they say yes-i drive it around their parking lot-still not fixed-i go back in and ask the tech to drive it with me-he says "Ya, its still messed up"Still sitting in the truck, the tech says what can i do-i say Im just done-he says i can give you a refund but itll probably be mailed to you.I say fine at this point Im just done.I go back into the office and a girl comes out from the back room, and as another tech is asking what the issue is (this is probably the 8th time in 3 weeks Ive had to explain what the truck was doing)The girl starts interrupting and says-everyone needs to calm down-my husband and i look at each other like whats happening here and she says "all Im asking for is 30 minutes" i say for what? and its NOT 30 minutes its been 3 WEEKS.I say Im done-I just want the refund and to be done with this-she says "I cant do that and the tech shouldnt have said that" I said well he did so now what?She says that itll have to wait until ***** is back (she goes back and forth between calling him ***** and dad). She calls her dad and hands me the phone-he tells me that he's about to get on a plane and to tell him what the issue is-I say ok Ill explain it again.He says "dont poke at me, do you understand, dont poke at me"-i look at my husband and tell him what he just said and he says hang up.I tell her-30 minutes-we'll see you at 6 We show back up at 6 and the tech and the daughter follow us outside and says "its probably the tires." I started to laugh and ask where they got that-he tries to show me an iPad-I say okay, if thats your guess now wasnt this diagnostic test done on day 1 as well?The daughter says I dont have to talk to you-i say you kind of do since youre trying to represent your dads company.She starts yelling something over the tech that were trying to having a conversation with and my husband says we're done She then says "if youd like to take action between now and Tuesday, here's our lawyers number"I said wow, in 30 minutes it went from let us make it right to i dont have to talk to you, its probably your tires, and here's our lawyer.

    Parker four wheel wanted my truck ***** thing monday morning and had it there like they asked did not complete the est till tuesday 430 then told me i had to pay half down after i had just 6 months ago gave ***** to do the repairs on another thuck i had and now they wanted half the money down to even start the repair my truck needed and it was only 3700 and they sent me the link for docc u sign for payment and they recived the payment before end of business day on tuesday and spoke to ****** the advisor and i asked when it might be done i needed it by friday for work Called friday morning to go pick it up and ****** told me they had not reiceved the docc u sign and i got the email back tuesday night saying docc u sign was completed and done so we went to parker four wheel to see what was going on they pulled it right up and they recieved it tuesday and told me they had the parts and were waiting on the half down and they they did not have the part Then i asked to speak with ***** the owner and told me he was not there 5 mins later ***** came out of the back screaming at me in front of customers i was lied to 4 time in ************************************************************************** let them do the work So i told them to do the work and left 10 mins last ****** called me and told me to come back and get my truck cause ***** did not want to do bussiness with me And being an owner of a company you would not come out of the back screaming at me in front of his other customer as a business own my self i would have never done what ***** and his employees have Please if you dont want to be lied to and save yourself the headaches DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PARKER FOUR WHEEL DRIVE

    *****, your own wife warned you at our front counter not to approach us aggressively if you wanted your vehicle repaired. You also charged back your payment the last time you had work done at our shop, effectively stealing from us. After 4 days of your relentless attempts to reach the owner and the owner's daughter for the express purpose of trying to obtain a discount, on top of your constant interruptions of our work flow and processes, we decided you are not our customer. We do not feel the need to defend anything in your review. Our decisions were based on qualifying you as a customer, your constant interrupting of our work flow, and in fairness to the rest of our customers who pay the fair price we deserve for our work. We were all there and ***** did not scream. He was simply strong and direct. May I suggest a good therapist?
