I went to go purchase a Bobcat ZT2000 Zero Turn Mower from Bobcat of the Rockies in ******* *** When I arrived they only had one mower in the yard and they were not able to get it started. I made it VERY clear to the salesman that I did not want that mower. They said they could get one in a crate from another dealer but it would take a few days. I said, no problem. A week later I picked up the mower and it appeared to be the same mower I looked at that would not start. This was obvious due to a number written on the rear engine shield by the dealer. The salesman even said the new mower came in with a ripped seat so they swapped it out with the seat of the mower that would not start. I could tell then that this was lies but did not say anything. Two weeks later and only 4 hours on the mower and it doesnt start most of the time and the carburetor leaks gas. Obviously the same lemon I looked at was sold to me. I called Bobcat Corporate and they said they are an independent dealer and not much they could do about the situation. This is BS to say the least. I expect to get a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere.

We called the customer once we received the complaint about the equipment & apologized for the inconvenience caused. We agreed to give him an equipment replacement that same day. We delivered it to his location & picked up the  equipment he was not happy with. We normally do not operate this way & we are so sorry.
