We hired ***** at Mountain Movers and Storage out of ********* to move our items from ********** to ********* **. in July of 2022. When the movers arrived none of the wrapping and boxing was as described by *****, the owner. Boxing large televisions and wrapping all furniture was paid for in the bid, as was insurance. They assured me everything would be delivered safely, without damage to ********* the following week. ***** also had advised all local guys would be used for loading and unloading the truck. When the truck arrived to ********* only the driver was here and we were notified ***** had posted a ********** ad to get men to come unload truck. Two men showed up several hours later and one of the men appeared to be impaired and took his clothes off in our home. The driver called ***** to complain that he could not work like this several times during unloading. Upon unwrapping our items almost every single item had physical damage. A large newer 75 inch television they boxed themselves was even damaged. I had the driver take photos and send to *****. He also got ***** on the phone and ***** advised he would file this to insurance and we would hear from them within 2 weeks. Delivery date of furniture was July 14, 2022. I have texted and called ***** over a dozen times and he will not return any type of correspondence. We have been totally ghosted by him and the company. We would like reimbursement for the damages to our items.
