      Im in the same situation as others. No invoice received, my site is gone & no one will respond. Im not even sure how long its been down. I was having health issues & hadnt been working with it for a while. I searched emails in case I missed the invoice, went to ***************** I had my site through them for 15 yearspurchased several sites, actually. So much for loyalty. So many galleries lost.

      I used the bludomain platform for more than 15 years, I bought the latest template around 8 years ago.I feel identified with all the victims of Bludomain.One day she sent an invoice for $300 justifying herself and saying that she had given me a break due to the pandemic. Always read, I paid despite the fact that my hosting is another and not Bludomain.'I wrote to her and also called her, I offered to pay her twice because she couldn't at that time, she never responded and was aggressive when I called her.Today I don't have a website nor does my email work, I don't know if my clients want to contact me, I have to change my email, on my cards, my QR, banks, my work and all the disaster that I cause to so many people, that we trust and support these templates.Years of lost photos and work time to edit, write texts and so on.I feel totally frustrated, I don't know what to do at this moment.The phone does not work, it does not answer messages, a lack of respect and empathy with all the clients who trust them.

      Terrible customer service.They forget to send invoices and then shut down your website and it takes days or weeks for them to get back to you.Last year my invoices were more than double with no reason why. I sent in many messages asking with of course no answer. I did pay them anyway but still no response on why it was so high.Now I have an invoice sent to me from them saying I owe $300 for the last two years and this coming year. What a joke. I have been with them since 2009 and am extremely disappointed. Do not use this company.

      They continually harass me for money and I have not had an account with them for years.
