    I paid Andys Landscaping $300, they scraped some weeds and said they needed money to pay for the ground cover material and the pea gravel. They havent been back since then, and keep making up excuses. Every day they said they were going to return. Now they wont answer my calls. They have a marquee in ****** on ************, a busy street across from the library. I am afraid ********************* is targeting senior citizens and they need to be held accountable. I want $250 back. AND their advertisement billboard needs to be taken down. They are scammers.

    1. Date: Wednesday, September 21, ******. Amount: $225.00.3. Business Committed to Provide: Trim six Leyland Cypress trees.4. Nature of Dispute: Andy's Landscape agreed to "trim only" six Leyland Cypress trees instead he "cut" not trimmed four trees killing two. He neglected to trim the remaining two trees. When I asked, him to come back and finish the job he initially agreed, but never showed. Numerous times I phoned him asking for a refund for the two trees he did not cut and notified him he had killed two of trees he did "cut" and asked he refund for those too. Of course, he denied both telling me to never call him again. Additionally, he did not trim one set of the trees as agree (see attachment Tree 5) there are two different shapes.5. Business tried to resolve: Andy's Landscape refused to resolve the issue.6. I have no account/tracking number. However, I have an entity #***********) which list the corporation as being registered with ******** ********** of ***** (CDOS).
