This company sent out someone to snake our plumbing. While down in our basement, he proceeded to have issues taking the snake out, indicating his snake got caught. This plumber called out another plumber, *********************, who proceeded to inform us that the plumber was new and he was always called to "clean up messes." **** called the city of Pueblo to come out and look at the tap. When Pueblo came out, they found that Wright Jones' snake had cracked our line at the tap. Wright Jones/**** then had to dig up our line and cut our line in order to take out the snake. Once they were done, they did not advise us, did not tell us whether they were done or not, or whether our cut line was replaced after they pulled out their snake. They simply dug up our yard, then left without notice or any assurance. Not surprisingly, we received a $720 invoice in the mail for the time they took to remove their stuck snake, along with an absurd $18,500 quote to replace the pipes. We kept calling around for quotes, all the while not having running water for almost a month. We proceeded to have the pipe fixed with Flow Right Plumbing, who gave us a quote a whole TEN THOUSAND dollars less than Wright Jones Plumbing. On calling **** Gulley about the $720 fee, she was not cooperative and instead wanted to recoup money for her new plumber's mistakes. On contacting *********************, he seemed kind, and stated he would speak with **** about removing these fees. That was in October, and today we received a letter in the mail from an attorney demanding payment of the $720. This company and their employees are a disgrace to all small businesses. They will not work with you, are unethical, and they will demand unreasonable fees for their mistakes, all the while smiling in your face. Avoid this place like the plague.
